Liann Lim is the Senior Development Manager leading the retail and ground plane on AMP Capital’s Quay Quarter Development. Liann joined AMP Capital in 2016 for her experience in CBD retail. Her extensive experience in retail and property real estate spans over 20 years. Liannpreviously headed City Retail Development at Dexus Property Group to expand the amenity at the base of premium towers such as Gateway, Farrer Place and Australia Square. Prior to this in her role as Manager of Design Concepts at Scentre Group, she led the design team on a national portfolio of Westfield centres which included the design of two of AMP Capital’s flagship shopping centres - Pacific Fair and Macquarie Centre. As a qualified architect and examiner for the NSW Board of Architects, Liann delivered a diverse range of hospitality and residential projects from Establishment Hotel to Lee Wharf.
