Another great year for Big Gun centres! Notable by its absence this year from the performance tables is Chadstone; we have their MAT figure which tops the table but as the centre is under redevelopment their MAT/m2 and Specialty MAT/m2 figures have been withheld – and the same applies to Stockland Wetherill Park.

AMP’s Pacific Fair, under redevelopment for most of the year, is not ranked, along with QIC’s Eastland (Vic), Grand Central and Robina Town Centre – all under redevelopment.

So Big Guns this year features 83 centres with a combined MAT for 2016 of $45.3 billion averaging some $546 million. Powerful stuff!
