Mia Bangura has been appointed as National Digital Marketing Manager. Mia has most recently been with The GPT Group, where she was the Digital Content Manager and was instrumental in the launch of GPT’s Salesforce program and portfolio Wi-Fi project along with the launch of its new websites.
Elouise Hill has been appointed as the National Digital Coordinator. Elouise joins us from Cue Clothing Co where she was the Digital Marketing Assistant and was responsible for all digital communications.
Annabelle Milosavljevic has been appointed as National Retailer Marketing Manager. Annabelle commenced her marketing career with the Oroton Group as Marketing Manager and has held marketing manager positions with QIC and Westfield, most recently at Bondi Junction and Chatswood.
Amalia Collins has been appointed as Marketing Manager for Marrickville Metro. Amalia has more than 12 years’ property marketing experience and has recently returned from the UK, where she was with Savills as a Senior Marketing Manager. Amalia will lead the marketing strategy for Marrickville Metro throughout the development and beyond.
Michelle Thomas has been appointed as Senior Marketing Manager for Macquarie Centre. Michelle has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry and brings extensive retail marketing experience.
Amanda Zubrycki has been appointed as Retailer Engagement Manager for Macquarie Centre. Amanda has significant experience working on retail marketing strategy, most recently with BWS – Woolworths Limited.
Brittany Smith has been appointed as Digital Marketing Coordinator Macquarie Centre. Brittany brings some fantastic digital experience and will continue to enhance our digital and social media strategies at Macquarie Centre.
Rio Nassar has been promoted to the role of Marketing Manager – Brand and Communication for Macquarie Centre. Rio was most recently Assistant Marketing Manager at Macquarie Centre.
Kaitlin Moylan has been promoted to the role of Marketing Executive – Partnerships and Events for Macquarie Centre. Kaitlin was most recently Marketing Assistant at Macquarie Centre.
Ann Vinci has accepted the promotion to Commercial Group Sales Manager WA. Ann was previously in the role of Commercial Retail Sales Executive WA.
Benjamin Rodi has been appointed as Commercial Senior Sales Executive QLD. Ben will bring with him extensive experience in the retail industry, on both the client and landlord side.
Emma Marlow has been appointed as Commercial Group Sales Manager – Retail. Emma has recently relocated back to Sydney after working in the UK as New Retail Manager at Unibail-Rodamco Westfield and brings with her an extensive career in retail.

Anisha Herdman commenced as Marketing Manager at The Square Mirrabooka. Anisha joins us from The Salvation Army and brings over 10 years of marketing experience to the team.
Miri Lackovic joins the enex Perth team as Senior Marketing Manager. Miri brings extensive experience to the team following several years owning and operating her own digital marketing agency.

Cindy Parker joins the Coles and IRAPT Portfolio team as the Retail Manager for the SA Hub. Cindy brings to the team extensive experience in retail property management.
Erika Hall joins the Coles and IRAPT Portfolio team as the Retail Operations Manager
for Gungahlin and Amaroo Village. Erika has an in-depth knowledge of Gungahlin as well as a strong background in residential property asset management.
Brooke Gogarty returns from maternity leave as the Administration Manager at Top Ryde City Shopping Centre. Brooke possesses over 10 years’ experience in retail, making her a great asset to the centre.
Joseph Jia commenced at Eastgate Shopping Centre as Operations Manager. Joseph has over three years’ experience in the property market across a number of diverse assets.
Setty Ferdousian joins the IRAPT Portfolio team as the Regional Marketing Manager and Digital Lead. Setty is transferring internally from her current digital role, making her a valuable asset to the portfolio.
Ben Jones joins the ISPT Portfolio as the Portfolio Accountant for the WA assets. Ben has a wealth of retail experience having spent 12 years working through the mergers of Centro, Federation and Vicinity.
LENDLEASE
Nick Gatehouse joins Lendlease as Regional Asset Manager. Nick brings a wealth of knowledge on shopping centre management, having previously worked with Scentre Group for more than 13 years. His most recent role was General Manager Strategic Initiatives, where he focused on enhancing the customer experience for Westfield shoppers.
Pedro Araujo has commenced in the new role of Asset Manager, focusing on Sub Regional Fund assets. Pedro was recently Centre Manager at Macarthur Square and previously Centre Manager at Erina Fair, Cairns Central and Armadale Shopping Centre. Prior to Lendlease, he held various leasing, retail and analyst roles at Westfield group, and consultancy roles with American Management systems in Europe and Australia.
Jemma Innes has taken on the role of National Design Manager Retail. Jemma joined Lendlease in 2013 and was recently Design Manager, Urban Regeneration. Prior to Lendlease, she was Divisional Retail Design Manager at AMP Capital Shopping Centres.
Leigh Mackay has been appointed National Marketing Manager Retail. Leigh has over 12 years’ experience within Lendlease across the Australian property business including Development and Communities, and was recently Acting National Marketing and Communications Manager for Urban Regeneration.
Lennard Ostaszewskyj joins Lendlease as Regional Tenancy Delivery Manager for WA. He has extensive experience in construction
Chris Harris has started in the role of Retail Manager for Barangaroo and Darling Square. He recently held a retail management role at Charter Hall, and has previous retail store and regional management experience with Godfreys and Nick Scali.

Nicole Addinall has been promoted to Regional Marketing Manager while Fran Windon is on parental leave. Nicole was most previously the Marketing Manager at East Village.
Jordan Smith has been appointed Assistant Marketing Manager at Greenwood Plaza and MetCentre. Jordan has recently completed the internship program at Mirvac.
Fiona Fong joins Tramsheds as Space Manager. Fiona has previously held roles with Ipoh at The Galeries and Navarra Venues.
Stephanie Isakka joins Mirvac as Assistant Marketing Manager at Birkenhead Point. Stephanie has previously held roles with JLL and Scentre Group.

Renee Connellan has moved to Westfield Parramatta as the Retail Experience Manager. Renee was previously at Westfield Chatswood where she positively impacted the Customer Experience in centre via several successful initiatives.
Caitlin Lye has been appointed Senior Brand Experience Manager, Westfield Newmarket. Caitlin re-located from Brisbane to start her new role in September. Caitlin’s most recent role has been a Senior Brand Experience Manager – Developments working on Westfield Newmarket and Westfield Stirling (Innaloo) projects.
Deb Akins has accepted the position as Infrastructure Manager at Westfield Eastgardens, moving from Westfield Penrith.
Belinda Wilton has accepted the role of Retail Experience Manager at Westfield Penrith, commencing in October.
STOCKLAND
Amanda Bain has been appointed to the Queensland Casual Leasing team responsible for Bundaberg and Her vey Bay assets based out of the Bundaberg Centre. Amanda joins Stockland with over 19 years’ experience in the media industry where she held roles in both Sales and Management at Southern Cross Austereo and most recently Grant Broadcasters.
