AMPCSC

Sandra Livingstone has been promoted to General Manager, Asset Management across the AMP Shopping Centres teams in Australia and New Zealand.

Natalie Douglas has been appointed as Centre Manager at Macquarie Centre. Natalie was most recently the Centre Manager for the QVB Building in Sydney’s CBD.

Karen Draper has been appointed as Asset Manager for the Western Australian assets. Karen was most recently the Centre General Manager for Garden City and has held centre management roles at Karrinyup and Ocean Keys.

Steven Ihm commences as Centre General Manager for Indooroopilly after leading the team at Pacific Fair as Centre Manager for the past four years.

Dean Baker has been appointed as Asset Manager and will be responsible for Indooroopilly, Pacific Fair and Macquarie Centre. Dean was most recently the Centre Manager for Indooroopilly.

Daniel Tibbotts has been promoted to Centre Manager The Palms, Christchurch. Daniel was previously Assistant Centre Manager at Northwood Supa Centa and Nelson Junction.

Trudy Clarke has been appointed as Asset Manager for Gasworks, Brickworks and Marketplace Warner. Trudy has been with AMP for more than ten years, most recently as a Property Manager within the Investment Management team.

Emma Smith has been appointed as Asset Manager across the New Zealand portfolio. Emma was most recently the Regional Centre Manager across The Palms, Northwood, Nelson, Merivale and Centre City.

Dean Young has been appointed as Centre General Manager for Marrickville Metro and Dapto Mall. Dean brings extensive knowledge to this role having previously been in centre management.

Jyothi Rengan has accepted the promotion as Asset Manager for Casula Mall. Jyothi will also continue her finance responsibilities.

Chelsea Smith joins the Commercial Team as Divisional Manager responsible for rewards and gift cards. Chelsea was previously with Scentre Group.

Rebecca Black has accepted the promotion as Divisional Marketing Manager. Rebecca was previously the Retail Marketing Executive.

Adelaide Dias has been appointed as Retail Marketing Executive. Adelaide brings significant experience in marketing and events management.

CHARTER HALL

Nicole Connor has joined as Retail Manager at Lake Macquarie Fair, NSW.

Ray Manns has joined as Operations Manager at Goulburn, NSW. Megan Biddle has joined as Marketing Manager, WA. Michelle Atmadja has joined as Assistant Accountant.

DEXUS

Scott Taua joins as Administration Assistant at QV Melbourne.

Ian Quinn joins as Assistant Operations Manager for Carillon City in Perth.

Brendan Cameron joins the Tweed City team as Assistant Operations Manager.

Fady Karam joins Plumpton Marketplace as Operations Manager.

Grant Jolley joins as Centre Manager for Tweed City. Grant has extensive retail management experience, most recently working at Robina Town Centre.

Marcelle Proper joins Deepwater Plaza as Centre Manager. Alex Harris joins as Centre Administrator for Smithfield. JLL With the appointment of the Paradise Centre we welcome Ian Robertson (Centre Manager), Sarah Debono (Marketing Manager), Bernice Reid (Retail Manager), Scott McCrohon (Operations Manager), Peter Woods (Assistant Ops Manager), Bruce Maitland (Maintenance Manager), Carol Maynard (Duty Manager), Jade Eugene (Admin Manager) and Tania Glykidis (CML Executive) to the Challenger portfolio.

Nikki Lauder has commenced as Assistant Operations Manager at the IRAPT Central Coast & Northern Regional Hub. As the former Administration Manager for this Hub, Nikki brings an in-depth knowledge and experience to this role.

Nicola Reid joins the Coles and IRAPT Portfolio as Community Marketing Coordinator in WA. Nicola brings with her a wealth of knowledge across sales, marketing and community management.

Kerrie Allen commenced at Cockburn Gateway Shopping City as Marketing Manager. Kerrie has more than 13 years’ experience in property and marketing having worked for a number of property owners and managing agents.

Paula Toshack was appointed Centre Manager on the Australian Unity portfolio managing Dog Swamp, Busselton Central and Woodvale Boulevard. Paula has more than ten years’ experience in the property industry and was most recently managing a portfolio of five centres.

Caroline Mpikamezo joins the team at Floreat Forum as Centre Administrator. Caroline has more than five years’ experience in accounting and administration roles.

Kristy Hickson joins the team at Strathpine Centre as Marketing Manager. Kristy brings with her ten years’ of marketing experience working across shopping centres in Newcastle and the Central Coast.

Lisa Pearce commenced as Casual Mall Leasing Executive at Strathpine Centre. Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous role as Casual Mall Executive.

Michelle Verreyne has been appointed Retail Manager for Enex, Forrest Chase and Perth City Centre. Michelle has more than four years’ experience in Perth’s retail property market, making her an asset to the team.

Luciana Teixeira commenced as Office Manager at Enex and 100 St Georges Terrace. Luciana has more than four years’ experience in customer service and administration within retail and commercial environments.

Jillian Lightfoot transfers from her role on JLL Telstra Account to Finance Contract Management & Services Systems Manager for the ISPT account.

Fillip Pearson joins the Coles NSW Hub as Retail Manager. Fillip has extensive shopping centre management and commercial experience.

Mark Brown has been appointed to the role of National Operations Manager for the Blackstone Portfolio. Mark brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in both retail and commercial operations.

Miriam Powell joins the ISPT account as the Risk Compliance Sustainability and Projects Manager. Miriam is a qualified Environmental Engineer and has more than 16 years’ experience in environmental sustainability.

LENDLEASE

Anthony Caloiero has commenced as Pop Up Executive in WA, overseeing Armadale Shopping City, Southlands Boulevarde and Northgate Shopping Centre. Anthony was previously in the role of Marketing Assistant at Lakeside Joondalup.

Amanda Donald has commenced as Marketing/Pop Up Executive at Settlement City. Amanda has an extensive marketing background having most recently worked as a Senior Marketing Manager for News Corp.

Trevor Hill joins as Centre Manager. Trevor brings a wealth of consumer and retail knowledge and experience of the shopping centre industry, having previously worked with Scentre Group for some eight years. For the last few years, he worked in the Middle East for Al Futtaim Real Estate Group on the development of Doha Festival City, which opened in April 2017 in Qatar. His most recent role was Head of Retail & Commercial at Brisbane Airport Corporation.

Elissa Stewart commences in her new role as Customer Experience Manager. Elissa has been with Lendlease for 19 years, and most recently held the role of Senior Research Manager Retail and Urban Regeneration, in which she drove research to understand consumer and market drivers for assets such as Barangaroo, Sunshine Plaza and Tun Razak Exchange.

MIRVAC

Natasha Sweatman joins the National Digital Marketing team as Digital Producer. Natasha has previously held digital marketing roles with fashion retail brands including Noni B Group, M.J. Bale and Specialty Fashion Group.

Lucy Hughes has been appointed Assistant Marketing Manager at Orion Springfield Central. Lucy joins Mirvac from Childhood Cancer Support Inc where she was previously the Marketing and Communications Coordinator.

SCENTRE GROUP

Gordon Grant joins as Commercial Retail Manager responsible for Westfield Chermside and Westfield North Lakes.

Hannah McEwan joins as Commercial Retail Manager from Lendlease where she was working as the Retail Manager. Hannah is based at Westfield Doncaster, looking after this centre as well as Westfield Knox.

Jen Plant has returned to Scentre Group. Previously, Jen was a Senior Credit Controller based at Westfield Southland in 2006–08 and returns as Commercial Retail Manager; once again based at Westfield Southland looking after this centre as well as Westfield Fountain Gate.

Cherri Davidson rejoins as Project Administration Manager for Westfield Newmarket. Daniel Sheppard has moved into a Commercial Retail Manager role, taking on Westfield Plenty Valley, Airport West and Geelong before relocating to NSW for his permanent position as Commercial Retail Manager for Sydney and Bondi Junction.

Christina Richardson is now Commercial Retail Manager for all South Australian centres, based out of Westfield Marion. Kym Smith, currently Leasing Executive in WA, will join the Commercial Retail Manager team in 2019 looking after all WA centres, based at Westfield Whitford City.

Lauren Vaux has been appointed as the Brand Experience Manager at Westfield Miranda. Lauren was the Divisional Marketing Manager at AMP Capital.

Michele Lok joins the team at Westfield Chatswood as the Brand Experience Manager, after being an integral part of the Westfield Hurstville team for more than 12 months.

Andrew Davidson joins as Retail Experience Manager at Westfield Hornsby. Andrew’s most recent role was Area Manager at ALDI.

David Roberts has been appointed Centre Experience Manager, Manukau City.

Anton Santamaria joins the Westfield Bondi Junction team as Services Manager. Anton has more than ten years’ experience working in SM Supermalls and Megaworld Lifestyle malls in the Philippines.

Daniel Olson has been promoted to Field Operations Team Leader, responsible for the Field Operations team across Westfield AU & NZ.

Ivana Josipovic joins Westfield West Lakes as Services Manager. Ivana has extensive retail, customer service and operations experience across organisations including Commbank, Target and most recently Myer, Adelaide.

STOCKLAND

Michelle Abbey joins in the newly created role as Head of Retail. Michelle has held many positions throughout her career in property. During the past ten years at AMP Capital, Michelle has held the roles of Divisional Property Manager, Asset Manager and Fund Manager for separate account clients.

Lisa King has been appointed National Manager, Brand Alliance. Lisa has a wealth of experience across both the retail property and media industries, inclusive of significant time working in senior roles in the Out of Home media industry, most recently as Head of Commercial at out of home specialist, Adshel. Prior to this, Lisa spent five years running the Brand & Retail Solutions business at AMP Capital Shopping Centres.

Lori Pattenden has been appointed Operations Manager at Stockland Cairns on a one year secondment, following the secondment of Sam Zovko into the role of National Procurement Manager, Group Asset Management and Operations.

Sonya Mitchell has been promoted to Senior Leasing Executive for Townsville. Sonya will continue to manage her current responsibilities with the added responsibility of Townsville.

Simone Johnston has commenced as Marketing Manager of Stockland Nowra and Stockland Bathurst. Simone is moving from the role of Marketing Manager of Stockland Shellharbour. Samantha Yeomans has been promoted from Assistant Marketing Manager at Stockland Bull Creek to the role of Marketing Manager at Stockland Baldivis.

Catherine Kruger has commenced in the role of Retail Trade Marketing Manager, previously in the role of Regional Retail Marketing Manager.

THE GPT GROUP

Peter Karavolas takes up the role of Senior Leasing Executive at Wollongong Central.

Nick Ritchie takes up the role of Operations Manager at Norton Plaza.

Sharon Johnson takes up the role of Assistant Centre Manager at Wollongong Central.

Michelle Palmer returns from Parental Leave and takes up the role of Centre Manager at Wollongong Central. Michelle has experience in a number of roles across GPT with the most recent being as New Business Manager, New Revenue in the Retail Marketing & Digital team.

Kate Stone will be continuing on in her role as New Business Manager, New Revenue on a permanent basis. Kate brings extensive experience to the role from her previous role as Senior Marketing Manager at Rouse Hill Town Centre, and prior to GPT, her role as National Manager, Casual Leasing & Brand Alliance at Stockland.

Vanessa Orth, Head of Retail has resigned from The GPT Group. SCN
