Stewart Hutcheon takes on a new role within Dexus as Executive General Manager, Retail and Industrial. Stewart now oversees the $9.8 billion Retail and Industrial portfolio, allowing Dexus to partner more deeply with its customers by offering a fully integrated property experience.

Andrea Sevilla has commenced as Retail Marketing Manager for Barangaroo and Darling Square. Andrea has extensive experience in the shopping centre industry having recently worked at Broadway Sydney and Birkenhead Point.

Sarah Burns has commenced as Marketing Manager for Caneland Central shopping centre. Sarah was the Marketing Executive at the centre and prior to this held a marketing role at Harrup Park Country Club.

Doris Xu has commenced as Marketing Executive at Caneland Central shopping centre. Doris recently completed the two-year graduate program at Lendlease where she held positions in Communities, Research and the Digital team.

MIRVAC

Amanda Longmuir joins Mirvac as Marketing and Tourism Manager at Birkenhead Point Brand Outlet. Amanda has previously held roles with David Jones, Toyota, Samsung, Business Events Sydney, Australian Turf Club and Lendlease.

Ben Rollo has been appointed Asset Director at Broadway Sydney. Ben brings extensive development, stakeholder, asset and investment expertise from both corporate and private equity environments. He has previously held roles with Macquarie Group, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills and was most recently with Armada Funds Management / Moelis Australia.

Matthew Mirarchi joins as Portfolio Manager, with a focus across assets including Birkenhead Point Brand Outlet, Moonee Ponds Central and St Marys Village. Matthew brings extensive retail property experience from AMP Capital, Stockland, Westfield and most recently QIC, where he held the position of Investment Manager.

STOCKLAND

Daniel Buchanan has been appointed as Centre Manager, Stockland Shellharbour. Daniel has been in many roles over the past years with Stockland including Regional Retail Manager and most recently on secondments as Commercial Property Lead in Innovation Hub and most recently as National Manager, Brand Alliance.

Pamela Simpson has commenced in the role of Business Lead – Asset Management & Procurement in Core Project. Pamela was previously in the role of Centre Manager, Stockland Shellharbour and seconded as a Regional Retail Manager.

Amanda Whittle has accepted the role of Centre Manager, Wetherill Park. During the past five years, Amanda has had various roles within Stockland, the most recent being Centre Manager at Shellharbour.

Ross Harris has been promoted from Facilities Manager at Stockland Glendale to Operations Manager at Stockland Green Hills.

Trina Pywell has returned to Stockland as Centre Manager at Stockland Jesmond after a contract role as the Centre Manager at Stockland Forster and Glendale.

Matt Dworakowski joins as the Marketing Manager, Stockland The Pines. Matt was previously with Vicinity Centres.

Ellie Beer has commenced as Marketing Manager, Stockland Wendouree.

Kelly Geddes joins the Casual Leasing Team working on Stockland Cairns. Kelly has 14 years of Sales and Marketing experience working with Macquarie Southern Cross Media, Mantra Group, Pullman Hotels and most recently Dexus.

Jim Castles has joined the Stockland Brand Alliance team for the next 12 months, bringing a key focus to national accounts. Jim is highly regarded in the media industry, having enjoyed a successful career in out-of-home advertising that spans more than 20 years.

Frank Pizzo joins as Leasing Executive, Eastland. Frank joins us from Vicinity Centres and has most recently been working on Chadstone and Emporium, and previously Northland assets.

Shawn Grant commences as a Leasing Executive on Eastland. Shawn joins from Vicinity Centres and has been working on DFO Essendon and Brisbane. Prior to this, he was a Retail Manager with Scentre Group at Westfield Southland.

SCENTRE GROUP

Chris Mitchell joins the Westfield Bondi Junction team as Retail Experience Manager. Chris joins with a wealth of experience in retail having held roles with McDonald’s, Cotton On Group, YD, Sheridan and Canterbury.

Warwick Kowalczyk joins the Employee and Retailer Experience Technology team as Engineering Manager, Corporate Performance and People.

Paula Hives joins Westfield Knox as Administration Manager. Paula has a wealth of experience working across multiple Melbourne shopping centres, more recently QIC’s Eastland.

Anita Castro has been appointed Brand Experience Manager at Westfield Hornsby. Anita was previously at Westfield Tuggerah.

Jane Buckle joins Westfield Chermside as Brand Experience Manager. Jane has previously worked in marketing at EB Games and most recently as the Marketing Manager for Tangalooma Resort.

Jill Wynn re-joins the Westfield Carindale BX team. Jill has worked for Scentre Group for many years, most recently as part of the BX Developments team where she provided instrumental support across the launches of Westfield Plenty Valley, Westfield Carousel and Westfield Kotara.

Curtis Simonetta-Beddows re-joins the Westfield Penrith team in the role of Manager Infrastructure Management. Curtis last worked for Scentre Group in the role of Assistant Facilities Manager at Westfield Penrith before leaving to work as a Facilities Manager for Mirvac.

Shelly Baseanu joins the Community Experience team as Brand Experience Manager to deliver Westfield Local Heroes as well as other community engagement programs and initiatives for 2019 and beyond. Shelly brings with her a strong passion for community, a collaborative nature and experience that has been well-honed in her numerous centre roles.

Jeffrey Place has been appointed to the position of Regional Manager, Leasing and Retail Solutions. Jeff has been with Scentre Group for 11 years, starting within Centre Management at Westfield Bondi Junction, where he worked across several NSW Westfield centres.

Richard Wise has been promoted to Regional Manager Leasing and Retail Solutions. Richard has been with Scentre Group for more than nine years, commencing within our Business Development Team.

Jack Holliday joins as Leasing Executive for Westfield Warringah Mall. Jack has been with Scentre Group for more than 12 months working in BrandSpace as a Retail Sales Executive responsible for the food category.

Ramesh Subramanian has been appointed Leasing Executive for Westfield Parramatta. Ramesh has led the Leasing and Retail Solutions Finance teams for nearly six years. He first joined Scentre Group in 2006 as a Planning Executive for Westfield Group

Carl Migliorini has been appointed to the position of General Manager Leasing and Retail Solutions, responsible for Victoria. Carl joined Scentre Group in 2010 as a Leasing Executive and quickly established himself within the business, working across a number of Westfield centres in NSW and the ACT.

Nikita Harris has been appointed Brand Experience Manager at Westfield Tuggerah. Nikita has been with Scentre Group for the past 3.5 years, most recently as a valued team member at Westfield Mt Druitt.

Nicole Casson has been appointed to the role of Service Manager at Westfield Hornsby. Nicole has significant and varied experience in both store operations, online fulfilment, finance and admin.

Leanne Hui has been appointed to Senior Finance Manager, Leasing and Retail Solutions. Leanne brings a strong technical background and broad property experience to this appointment, having spent six years with Stockland.

Karen Homarwijaya has been promoted to Senior Finance Manager, Customer Experience. Karen has been with the group since 2010, when she first joined as a Commercial Finance Analyst.

Nisha Jeevarajah joins the LRS Finance team as Senior Finance Analyst for Major Tenants. Nisha previously joined Scentre Group as Senior Finance Analyst for the Brand and Media experience team, supporting the Media and Gift Card business.

David Parfett commences as General Manager, Strategy and Business Development. David joins from Qantas where he spent eight years working across a series of roles in Group Strategy, Qantas Loyalty and Group Innovation and Ventures.

Jason Rhine joins Westfield Carousel as Retail Experience Manager. Jason has vast retail experience having worked for the Betts Group for 15 years, progressing from Sales Assistant to Betts Kids Product Development, to General Manager of Airflex and Betts Kids.

Kathy Barber joins Westfield Carousel as Administration Manager. Kathy has previously worked as Admin Manager at Westfield Whitford City for the past four years and played an important role in managing the financials as the centre completed the ELP development in 2017.

Chad Daly has been appointed Centre Manager at Westfield Whitford City. Chad has spent the past 14 months as Centre Manager at Westfield Belconnen. Prior to his move to the ACT, Chad was Retail Experience Manager at Westfield Carousel for two years.

Maeve Foley has moved from Centre Manager at Westfield Whitford City to Centre Manager for Westfield Carousel.

Jennifer Flynn joins as Group Manager in the CX Technology team at Scentre Group. Jen joins from Airtasker, where she was VP, Product.

Clare Rodgers has been promoted from Retail Experience Manager to Centre Experience Manager at Westfield Belconnen. Clare brings extensive retail and leadership experience to the role with nearly four years at Scentre Group as a Retail Experience Manager and prior to that as a Store Manager at David Jones.

Heidi Flaherty joins as Brand Experience Manager at Westfield Geelong. Bringing years of shopping centre marketing experience with her, Heidi comes to us most recently from Stockland’s Point Cook Shopping Centre.

Alison Pearson has been appointed to the role of Head of Talent, Human Resources. Alison has been with Scentre Group for 11 years, after joining in 2007 in South Australia. Most recently, Alison held the role of Regional Manager, CBD and Central NSW within the Customer Experience team.

Paul Stonebridge has been appointed to Regional Manager for NSW South which includes: Westfield Bondi Junction, Westfield Eastgardens, Westfield Hurstville, Westfield Miranda, Westfield Liverpool, Westfield Penrith, Westfield Mt Druitt and Westfield Burwood.

Lachlan Monfries has been appointed to Westfield Marion as Centre Experience Manager. Most recently, Lachlan successfully led the team at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza to deliver the recent $50 million dining precinct development.

Muhammed Nazir has been appointed Risk and Security Supervisor at Westfield Carousel. Muhammed has been part of the centre team as S1 for a number of years.

Marteine Edwards will take on the role of Centre Experience Manager at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza. Marteine was the Centre Experience Manager at Westfield West Lakes.

Peter Cavallaro, Retail Experience Manager at Westfield Marion has been appointed to Centre Experience Manager at Westfield West Lakes.

Sarla Holmes has been appointed Marketing Manager for Southgate Shopping Centre and Eastgate Bondi Junction. Sarla is an experienced marketing professional with a background in retail.

Janine Sarkis joins Eastgate Bondi Junction as Retail Manager. Janine brings more than eight years of retail experience to the team.

Simone Dirckze has been appointed Centre Manager at Greensborough Plaza. Simone brings more than two decades of experience to this role and will be a great asset to the Centre.

Helen DiMoudis joins Karingal Hub as Senior Marketing Manager. Helen brings seven years’ retail marketing experience across several centres to the team.

Shaine Beveridge joins the Pacific Fair team as Centre General Manager. Shaine was with QIC for over 15 years and prior to being at Robina Town Centre, Shaine was Senior Centre Manager of Grand Central Shopping Centre in Toowoomba.

Amy Lenan has been promoted to Brand and Communications Manager at Pacific Fair. Amy most recently executed the highly successful partnership and events strategy at the centre as Assistant Marketing Manager.

Simone Hughes has been appointed to the position of Digital Marketing Executive at Pacific Fair. The move recognises Simone’s contribution to the centre’s social media and content strategy.

Emma Wharton has accepted the role of Luxury Brand Manager at Pacific Fair. Emma was previously with Vicinity Centres where she was most recently the Marketing Manager for QueensPlaza.

Sharnee Vigors has accepted the position of Marketing Manager for Karrinyup Shopping Centre. This move recognises Sharnee’s exceptional contribution to Ocean Keys during the past five years.

Jennifer Ralph has accepted the role of Senior Marketing Manager at Ocean Keys. Jennifer has done a wonderful job leading the Karrinyup marketing team in recent times.

Toria Daniel has accepted the newly created position of Partnership and Events Executive at Garden City. Toria has been instrumental in the events and activations program at Karrinyup.
