Luke Young has been appointed the position of Portfolio Manager with the accountability for Castle Towers, Canberra Centre and Grand Central. Luke has been with GPT for the last three years in a Senior Regional Leasing Role. QIC would like to welcome back Luke to the Global Real Estate Business.
Ben O’Connor has joined as a Food and Beverage Leasing Specialist. Ben, over a span of 25 years has worked on some of Australia’s and Greater China’s most recognised retail projects as well as overseeing the planning and execution of several retailers’ global expansion strategies. Adam completed the remix and leasing for Brisbane’s Eagle Street Pier several years ago. Adam has also developed a real connection with the passion and creativity of the operators behind this multi-sensory form of retailing.
Trisha Wamelink joins as a Leasing Executive. Trisha has several years’ retail leasing experience with CBRE on the Gold Coast and Savills in Brisbane.
Nick Kelly joins as a Leasing Executive. Nick has most recently been with Vicinity working on QueensPlaza and the Myer Centre in Brisbane.
Amy Carlson has joined as a Leasing Executive. Amy has over 12 years’ of industry experience, which consists of five years as a certified practicing valuer with JLL and seven years’ experience as a Leasing Executive with both JLL and most recently with Mirvac.

Becki Erskine has been appointed as Senior Lease Administrator working on the Green Hills Project. Becki has worked at Gadens as a paralegal and most recently for four years at AMP as a Lease Administrator.
Mark Cincotta is appointed as Regional Tenancy Design & Delivery Manager (Southern NSW & Vic) in the Tenancy Design & Delivery team. Mark has experience in retail projects, food and beverage, corporate, hotels and residential sectors, working throughout Australia, China and the Middle East. He previously worked with Woolworths and Coles in Retail Planning, Property Management and Design roles and has also worked internationally with DWP in Bahrain & HBA in Hong Kong.
Kate Marshall is appointed as Marketing Manager at Stockland Green Hills. Kate comes to us with a wealth of Retail Marketing experience, with her most recent centre being Indooroopilly Shopping Centre in Brisbane.
Stephen Blanch is appointed as Development Manager in Vic. Stephen has held various asset management and development roles. Most recently Stephen has been Development Manager with Charter Hall responsible for retail development across Vic, the ACT and SA.
Shelly Hills has been promoted to Lease Administrator. Shelly started at Stockland in the Qld team as a Lease Admin Assistant and over past months has stepped up into the Lease Administrator role working on Vic assets.
Alex Reickhoff has been promoted to Lease Administrator. Alex joined the team on a temporary assignment and has quickly picked up the role. Alex will be joining the Green Hills Development Team to deliver the leasing documentation for the project.
Mary Duffy has been appointed as Marketing Manager at Stockland Baulkham Hills and Stockland Piccadilly. Mary joins us most recently from an assignment at Westfield Sydney in a Digital Marketing role, and before that held a number of roles in Marketing in Perth. Mary was recognised for her achievements in innovation by Synergy, amongst other things for powering a festival with renewable energy and increasing brand awareness.
Michael Bickers is the new Retail Manager at Highpoint Shopping Centre. Michael was previously General Manager at Play9, taking care of digital interactive gaming units for shopping centres and airports. Prior to that Michael was the Centre Manager at Northland Shopping Centre.
Ashley Wight commences in a new role as Assistant Retail Manager at Highpoint Shopping Centre. Ashley was previously working in the GPT Office portfolio as Assistant Property Manager.
Kate Stone joins as the Senior Marketing Manager for Rouse Hill Town Centre. Kate previously worked in National and Centre based Marketing roles at Stockland, and recently as the Head of Marketing at Vinta Property Group.
