Richard Walters has been promoted to the role of Divisional Leasing Manager, responsible for Macquarie Centre and Pacific Fair. Richard has spent the past two years working on the Pacific Fair development and brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles to the Divisional Leasing position.
Lisa Delpopolo has commenced in the role of Leasing Manager of Pacific Fair and Macquarie Centre. Most recently Lisa was the Leasing Manager of Chatswood Chase.
Stuart Norman has commended in the role of Leasing Executive of Macquarie Centre. Most recently Stuart was leasing executive of Castle Towers and Canberra Centre.
Yolanda Sarkissian returns to the development team as Development Manager after 12 months’ extended leave.
Sharnee Vigors has been promoted to Assistant Marketing Manager at Ocean Keys. Sharnee has been Marketing Assistant at Ocean Keys since 2013.
Courtney Ross has joined the team as Divisional Brand and Retail Solutions Manager. Courtney joins us from Scentre Group where she managed a team responsible for driving revenue through retail, media and sponsorships.
Karen Draper has been appointed Development Manager on the Garden City project. Karen was previously Centre Manager at Ocean Keys and Karrinyup. Karen brings a great amount of experience in asset management and centre operations to the role.
Matt Roessel has joined the Retail Analysts team as Property and Valuations Analyst in a maternity leave role. Matt joins us from JLL in Melbourne where he worked on commercial and retail valuations.
Maddy Doven has commenced as Marketing Assistant at Karrinyup. Maddy was previously Activities Organiser at Bunnings.
Adam Saunders has moved into the Divisional Retail Design Manager role for NSW and Victoria on a 12-month secondment.

Deanne Woolcock is now the Marketing Manager at Cairns Central. Deanne was previously Marketing Manager at Caneland Central.
Holly Bolto is now the Marketing Manager at Caneland Central. Holly was previously Marketing Executive at Caneland Central.
Hayley Zieglar has joined as the Marketing Executive Caneland Central. Hayley is a new graduate.
Adria Portelli commences as the Marketing Executive at Craigieburn Central. Adria was previously in the Customer Service team at Craigieburn Central.

Simone Rawson and Suzi Evans have been promoted to the role of Senior Marketing Manager (job-share) at Parramatta. Both Simone and Suzi have a rich history with Scentre Group, spanning a combined 26 years, across National Marketing and some of our largest assets such as Bondi, Liverpool, Doncaster, Sydney, Hurstville and now Parramatta.
Chelsea Smith has been promoted to the role of Product & Service Manager within the Gift Card business. The national gift card CSR team will report through to Chelsea in her new capacity.

Alysha Montebello has recently completed a communications degree and marketing internship with GPT, and is excited to join the JLL team as Marketing Coordinator with the ISPT Central West Hub.
Robyn Chittenden has moved into a retail assistant property management role in the Adelaide office. After 30 years in the trust accounting team, most recently as the Finance Manager, Robyn’s experience will be of enormous value in her new role.
Latina Brzovic joins the retail finance team as a Portfolio Accountant. Latina has previously worked for Novion Property Group and Peregrine.
Jack Dyson has joined JLL SA as a Property Administrator providing support to the retail leasing team.
Ruby Howe has joined the JLL Adelaide finance team in an administration and finance capacity supporting the retail team.
Robert MacDonald joins the retail finance team and is currently undertaking his CA, most recently having worked at Accru Harris Orchard as an auditor. His experience and expertise will be of great value in this new role.
Robyn Conroy has joined the JLL Retail SA team as a Centre Manager for a portfolio of shopping centres in Adelaide. Robyn has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry including ten years with the Ray White Group.
Zaran Oliver has been appointed the role of Marketing Manager at The Square Mirrabooka Shopping Centre. Zaran has over 15 years’ experience in marketing and retail in WA, most recently with Satterley Property Group and The Shops at Ellenbrook.
Catherine Polley has been appointed the role of Centre Manager at Karingal Hub in Victoria as part of the JLL/ISPT Portfolio. With over 14 years’ experience across a number of roles with Scentre, AMP & Lendlease in both VIC and QLD, she is no stranger to working across a number of properties. Catherine has recently assisted in a contract role with a CBD hub transition.
Mark Ensor will manage the Ranfurlie Developments (Dennis Family) portfolio of shopping centres as part of the Victorian Managed Centres at JLL. Mark has been a Senior Centre Manager for a number of neighbourhood shopping centres for many years prior to joining JLL.
Casey Ray joins the JLL team in the role of Assistant Marketing Manager at Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre. Casey has over six years’ experience in retail and marketing and a double major in management and marketing which makes her an excellent addition to the Cockburn Gateway team.

Laura Harding is appointed as Brand Alliance Media Executive. Laura comes to Stockland with a wealth of experience in retail and out of home media with organisations including AMP Capital, Inlink, Torch Media and Media V.
Diana Mitchell has been promoted as Retail Manager for Stockland Shellharbour and Corrimal. Diana has worked at Stockland for over three years as Administration Manager.
Rachel O’Neill is promoted to Centre Manager at Stockland Forster. Rachel was most recently the Retail manager at Stockland Shellharbour and Corrimal. Prior to this, Rachel worked for Aventus Property for two years as an Assistant Centre Manager of Caringbah Homemaker Centre and Mile End Homemaker Centre as well as the Centre Manager at Highlands Hub.
Jennifer Black appointed as Regional CML Executive – WA. Jennifer comes to us with an extensive sales and business development background spanning from Retail, Media and also Corporate sales.
Catherine Nixon promoted to Regional Marketing Manager – NSW South, VIC/WA. Catherine has been with Stockland for over 10 years, having worked in Marketing across many of our retail centres including Baulkham Hills and Shellharbour, leading the redevelopment marketing and launch of this centre. Catherine moved into Head Office mid-2015 to take on the Retail Content Manager role and most recently has been working on secondment in a Regional Marketing Manager capacity.
Louise Moore promoted to Regional Marketing Manager – NSW North and QLD. Louise commenced with Stockland in 2015 as Marketing Manager of Stockland Merrylands, prior to this she has worked for AMP across a number of their assets including the redevelopment of Macquarie Centre and within the marketing team at Warringah Mall. Louise has most recently been on secondment in Head Office in a Regional Marketing Manager capacity.
Nathan Maroon promoted to Social and Digital Channel Manager. Nathan was previously the Assistant Marketing Manager at Stockland Wetherill Park and also previously worked at Lonsdale as the brand manager.

Kai Smith has been appointed to the position of Project Delivery Manager. Kai is a qualified lawyer and has specialised in construction, environmental planning and international environment law. Prior to admission to the legal profession, he accumulated five years of experience as an Architect and Urban Designer.
Jock Thompson has joined QIC as a Leasing Executive as part of Food & Beverage. Jock joins us from Vicinity where he held the position of Leasing Executive looking after two shopping centres in Tasmania. Prior to that he worked at Savills on a rotational basis in New Zealand and Australia being exposed to multiple facets of that business. Additionally he has worked in the hospitality industry, specifically in the wine industry, and has great insight and passion for the Food & Beverage industry.
Julian Mero has been appointed to the position of Leasing Executive for Robina. Julian joins us from Colliers International where he was responsible for the retail leasing of several shopping centre developments. Previously Julian was the General Manager of Operations and Retail for VGC Group who own Coffee Hit, Grove Train, and Veneziano Coffee.
James Harvey has joined QIC as Leasing Executive for Westpoint. James joins us from QSR Holdings where he has been responsible for the small-format growth of Oporto and Red Rooster nationally. Previously he held property and development roles with Collins Food and Domino’s Pizza.
Luke Neofytou has joined the QIC Design and Delivery team as the Lead Tenancy Delivery Manager, Grand Central and also the Lead for VIC after 12 months with an outsourced firm.
Joseph Greico has joined QIC as a Retail Design Manager. Joseph has extensive food and hospitality design experience and he has recently been working at Landini Associates. Joseph has started by joining the Robina RDM team in the lead up to The Kitchens opening late October and is based in the Sydney office.
Lauren Stanton has joined QIC as Retail Design Manager for the Canberra Centre. Lauren has a well-rounded retail design background, as both client and designer, that also includes digital design and marketing. In recent times she has designed and managed projects for the Gold’s Gym group.
George Manno has been appointed the role of Project Delivery Manager at our Castle Towers Development and as such will work closely with the current Investment Management team. George comes to us directly from Scentre Group Design and Construction Division and has over 30 years’ experience planning and delivering major projects across Australia.
Chris Hermann is being appointed to the position of Portfolio Manager Retail, continuing his current responsibility for Robina whilst taking on the leadership and oversight of Noosa, Marsden Park and Hinkler. Chris has been with QIC for 18 months and brings many years’ experience in Leasing including over eight years working with Westfield across both projects and operational assets.
Justin Hayles will be joining the Loganholme team. Justin has done a terrific job over the last few years working with the Noosa, Marsden Park and Hinkler teams. Justin has been an integral part of driving the productivity of all three assets.
Joshua Aylett-Jeans who is currently working on our Robina asset, will take responsibility for our leasing at Marsden Park and Hinkler. Joshua joined the QIC Robina team in November last year and has been an invaluable resource in supporting the project leasing team. More recently, he has been assisting with the operational leasing at Robina as well as concentrating on the Supercentre. Josh previously came from LJ Hooker Commercial and his previous experience will complement his leasing on Hinkler and Marsden Park.
David Sheppard who is also currently working on our Robina asset will take responsibility for the leasing of Noosa. David joined QIC just over a year ago and has done a great job on the operational leasing of Robina. He was previously a General Manager at LJ Hooker Commercial Brisbane and decided to make the switch to retail. David has built up a strong network of contacts which will allow a smooth transition to Noosa.
