Ken Cheema has been appointed as Development Manager in VIC. Ken is an experienced shopping centre professional who has held various asset management and development roles within the industry. More recently Ken has been an Assistant Development Manager in the Lendlease Urban Regeneration team in Sydney and previously a Development Manager with Woolworths.
Andrew Koch has been appointed as Centre Manager at Baulkham Hills. Andrew joined Stockland six years ago when we acquired the Aevum business. He has progressed from Village Manager to Regional Operations Manager in RL and most recently, RL National Development Integration Manager.
Simone Johnston has been appointed as Marketing Manager of Stockland Shellharbour. Simone joins us with a wealth of marketing experience, most recently as a Senior Communications Manager at Caltex Australia and prior to that as a Senior Campaign Manager at St George.
Michelle Thomas has been appointed as Centre Manager, Stockland Merrylands. Michelle has been with Stockland for over 14 years having started in our Logistics and Business Parks assets in 2003. In 2011, Michelle transitioned across to the Retail business most recently as the centre manager at Stockland Jesmond and Stockland Wallsend.
Abby Richards has been appointed as Assistant Marketing Manager at Stockland Green Hills. Abby has over four years’ experience in the shopping centre industry. Her previous role was with Charter Hall, where she oversaw the marketing function for nine centres across the NSW North region, and prior to that spent two years with Vicinity.
Chris Walker has been promoted to Regional CML Manager for QLD. Chris joined the Commercial Property business almost a year ago managing Central QLD assets we he has worked hard to build a new tenant database and securing casual leasing revenue for his region.
Jacqui Low has been appointed as CML executive for North QLD. Jacqui comes to us from the Brand Alliance team where she coordinated the digital roll out across the portfolio. Prior to Stockland, Jacqui has extensive casual leasing experience having lead the team at GPT and is also very knowledgeable about the north Queensland market, in particular Cairns.
Antonella Lopez has been appointed as CML executive for Stockland Green Hills. Antonella comes to us with casual leasing experience having worked for JLL in Sydney following her return from working in Rome and London within the hotel industry.

Francesca Bell has joined the team at Norton Plaza as Centre Manager. Francesca has held previous positions, including as an Assistant Property Manager with the Woolworths Group. Francesca has also held roles with Ipoh, Mirvac and Louis Vuitton.
Helen Ronald has been appointed Centre Manager at Melbourne Central. Helen was previously Centre Manager at Westfield Riccarton in Christchurch.
Elizabeth Gayle has returned to work as the Centre Manager of Parkmore Shopping Centre. Elizabeth has been with the Group since 2010 and has held roles in operations and customer experience.
Natalie Greening has recently returned from maternity leave to take on the role of Brand Development Marketing Manager at Highpoint. Natalie was previously Marketing Manager at the centre.

Nick Milton joins the team at Top Ryde City as Operations Manager. Nick has spent the last 20 years working in Security and Operational roles throughout Sydney shopping centres.
Priyanka Kanagalingam has commenced as Operations Administrator at Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre. Priyanka has previous experience in the retail industry and has recently graduated university.
