Ryan Cooper has joined the team as Investment Manager for Indooroopilly. Ryan was previously with GPT where he worked on both Sydney Olympic Park and Charlestown Square Shopping Centre. 

Kit Georgeos has been appointment Fund Manager for the AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund. Kit joins from GPT, where she was the Deputy Fund Manager for the GPT Wholesale Office Fund. Kit brings with her more than 15 years’ experience including Head of Product Development at GPT and Associate Director, Real Estate at Macquarie Bank.

Alex Bate has commenced as Tenancy Delivery Manager – Developments. Alex joins from Lendlease and brings a depth of retail project management experience to the business. 

Omri Zelunzuk has been appointed Leasing Executive for Malvern Central and Stud Park. Omri previously worked for Share Tea and Meriton.

Felicity Fairbairn joins as Senior Retail Lease Transaction Manager. Felicity joins from Lendlease and will be focused on the Karrinyup project. 

Fran Windon has commenced as Retail Manager at Macquarie Shopping Centre. Fran joins from Mirvac where she spent the past 12 years as the Regional Marketing Manager. 

Sunny Singh has been appointed as Operations Manager at Northbridge Plaza. Sunny joins from Vicinity Centres as Maintenance and Compliance Manager at DFO Homebush.

Brendan Hucker has commenced his new role as Senior Operations Manager at Highpoint Shopping Centre.

Cassandra Fitzgerald has commenced her acting assignment as Retail Manager at Rouse Hill Town Centre.

Julie Stapleton has commenced her acting assignment as Project Coordinator at Charlestown Square Shopping Centre. 

Lachlan Crowl has started his new role as Retail Manager at Melbourne Central, after transferring from Casuarina Square.

LENDLEASE

Lewis Wright has commenced in the role of Retail Marketing Manager for Lakeside Joondalup in Perth. Lewis joins Lendlease with extensive marketing experience gained from management roles at Screenwest, Playgroup WA, Healthway and the Audi Fashion Festival in Singapore.

Matt Dworakowski has been appointed Marketing Executive at CS Square in Caroline Springs, Victoria. Having worked across a number of retail centres, from CBD assets to large scale development projects, Matt brings a wealth of experience to Lendlease’s retail business.

SCENTRE GROUP

Anna Gundry commences as Brand Experience Executive at Westfield Carindale. Anna was most recently Marketing Executive at Logan Hyperdome and prior to that worked with QIC at Grand Central in Toowoomba on its redevelopment.

Laura Mattiazzo will be moving to Westfield Hurstville as Brand Experience Manager from Westfield Parramatta. 

Joel Whittaker joins Westfield Eastgardens as Facilities Manager. Joel has worked with Travelex for the past ten years with his latest role being Head of Store Development, Asia Pacific.

 Natalie Kussrow, Brand Experience Manager at Westfield North Lakes moves to Westfield Carindale as Brand Experience Manager.  

 Matilde Princiotta has been appointed to the role of Retail Manager at Westfield Parramatta. Matilde was previously Retail Manager at Westfield Sydney.

 Amy Copley has been seconded to the role of Regional Brand Experience Manager, NSW South. Amy will move from Westfield Sydney to be based at Westfield Bondi Junction.

 Kristi Grose has been appointed to the role of Senior Brand Experience Manager at Westfield Sydney moving from Westfield Bondi Junction. Kristi has been with Scentre Group for six years in various Brand Experience roles.

 Antonia Barker has been appointed to the role of Brand Experience Manager, Westfield Bondi Junction moving from Westfield Hurstville. Antonia joined Scentre Group in 2014 and worked within the Brandspace Retail and Media business for three years as a Group Sales Manager before moving into Brand Experience. 

Linda Lichaa has been appointed to the role of Brand Experience Manager at Westfield Parramatta moving from Westfield Chatswood. Linda has been with Scentre Group for five years having also worked at Westfield Parramatta, Westfield Miranda and Westfield Chatswood. 

Ian Richardson has commenced as Retail Experience Manager at Westfield Sydney. Ian was previously at Westfield Warringah Mall.

Ryan Burns has been appointed Head of Commercial Retail Management. Ryan has had a diverse and distinguished career, which began in 2006 as a Management Executive at Westfield Penrith. 

Emma Donaldson, Brand Experience Manager, Westfield Airport West moves to Westfield Knox. Emma has worked at Scentre Group periodically for more than eight years, from Westfield Sydney to Support Office to Westfield Warringah and Westfield Fountain Gate, through to her latest role at Westfield Airport West.

Louise Gillis has joined the team from Colliers New Zealand as Senior Personal Assistant for Retail Leasing in Victoria.

Sasha Soltani has joined  as Team Assistant for Large Format Retail in NSW.

James Nelson joins the ISPT Portfolio as Regional Manager for VIC and SA. James brings a wealth of experience to the team with many years of retail, centre management and commercial property experience, having worked in New Zealand for Scentre Group and Woolworths.

Tony Abdel-Ahad joins the team at North Rocks Shopping Centre as Senior Centre Manager. Tony has more than 30 years’ experience in retailing and retail property, including several senior roles in the Middle East.

Michaella Finch commences as Digital Marketing Executive for the Perron Group portfolio. Michaella brings with her a wealth of experience in marketing and PR, in addition to a working knowledge of the property industry.

James Taylor commenced as Marketing Coordinator at Southgate and Eastgate Shopping Centres. James has been working in the digital marketing space since completing university last year.

Michelle Rowse has transferred internally to the role of Development Marketing Manager at Karingal Hub Shopping Centre. Michelle brings with her a wealth of retail marketing knowledge with her most recent role as National Marketing Manager. 

Sophia Hampshire joins the Floreat Forum team as Receptionist. Sophia has a strong background in administration and finance, having most recently worked with Flight Centre.

Danielle Bullock joins the teams at Southgate and Eastgate Shopping Centres as Marketing Manager. Danielle has transferred internally from the ISPT Portfolio National Marketing team.

David Burgham has been appointed as Centre Manager for Melbourne’s GPO, Midtown, 206 Bourke Street and The Strand. David brings to the team extensive experience in retail and property management having worked most recently as a multi-site manager for Colliers International and Cushman Wakefield.

Lara Squire has been appointed as Trade Marketing Manager, assuming the national marketing responsibilities for all assets within the Commercial Property portfolio.

Chris Joannides has transitioned into the role of Trade Communications Manager. Chris will manage national communications to Stockland retail partners, across CML, Brand Alliance and permanent leasing.
