AMP CAPITAL

Andrew Jeffs has been appointed as Deputy Fund Manager, ADPF. Andrew has spent the past ten years at Lendlease with roles including Head of Operations and Investment Management, Investment Analyst and Investment Manager of the Australian Prime Property Fund – Retail. 

Marco Ettorre has accepted the role of Head of Retail and Investment. Marco has spent more than 20 years at Lendlease in a number of senior roles, across all aspects of retail management including fund management, leasing, development, asset and investment management.

Carly Xerri has commenced at Macquarie Centre as Assistant Centre Manager. Carly has more than 20 years’ experience in shopping centres, most recently at GPT where for seven years she held a number of different roles in both centre management and marketing.   

Antony Keenan has been appointed General Manager, Property Management. Antony brings to our team diverse experience in retail and shopping centre asset management across several strategic leadership roles at The GPT Group, Scentre Group and Westfield, which is complemented by his direct retail experience at ALDI. 

Carina Thai joins the Macquarie Centre as Digital Marketing Executive. Carina comes to us with four years’ experience at Parfums Christian Dior working in the e-Business & Marketing division.  

Jessie Leahy has been appointed as National Digital Marketing Assistant. Jessie joins us from the Social Media College, which offers the only formal qualification in the world for social media marketing. 

Eesha Chitale joins the Marrickville Metro as Digital Marketing Executive. Eesha joins us from Archetype Agency in Surry Hills and most recently completed her Bachelor of Media in PR and Advertising at UNSW.

Grace Murphy has accepted the position of Digital Marketing Executive at Karrinyup Shopping Centre. Grace was most recently the Marketing Assistant at Ocean Keys. 

Kim Boulton has accepted the position of Marketing Manager at Gasworks Plaza. Kim will continue to support the Marketing Support Team on a part time basis. 

Tom Green has been promoted to Fund Manager, AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund. Tom has been with AMP Capital since 2017, initially joining as Assistant Fund Manager for AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund (AWOF) and more recently as Assistant Fund Manager of ADPF.

James Douglas will join CBRE as Senior National Director, Retail Capital Markets, Pacific. James has spent the past 12 years with the Vicinity Centres, during which time he has been involved in more than $14 billion of property transactions, across all sectors.

Cecilia Chau has been appointed Retail Design Manager. Her previous roles included Regional Retail Leader at Woods Bagot, working on projects such as Kent Street Westpac food court, Tiffany and Co flagship store and the Marina Square mixed-use masterplan.

Sam Horwitz has commenced his first rotation as part of the Lendlease graduate program; joining the team at Macarthur Square. Sam has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, and has experience working in food wholesale and retail.

Vanessa Canceri joins as National Manager, Place-making & Design. Vanessa has held design roles within the UK and Australia. Vanessa was most recently with Scentre Group where she was the Head of Retail Transformation, and previously the National Leasing Creative Manager – Hospitality Leisure and Entertainment.

Loic Savrimoutou commenced as Mall Manager at Top Ryde City. Loic brings more than eight years of retail experience and has previously worked for such companies as GPT Group, Vicinity Centres and Mirvac.

Daniel Shepherd has been appointed as the Retail Manager for the IRAPT South East Queensland Hub. Daniel most recently worked for Scentre Group and his strong skill set will make him an asset to the team.   

Brooke Hutcheon joins the ISPT Portfolio team as Lead for Health Safety & Environment. Brooke brings a level of expertise in property risk and previously worked for Hendry Group and Coles Express.  

Priyanka Kanagalingam joins the ISPT Portfolio team as Portfolio Operations Administrator. Priyanka has transferred internally after working for the past two years at Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre.

Gabriella Bowman commenced as Marketing Manager at Barkly Square and Centre West Shopping Centres. Gabriella brings with her a wealth of experience in Marketing and Centre Management, having most recently worked for Colliers.  

Katrina Cheung has transferred internally to the role of Senior Marketing Manager across the Melbourne CBD assets within the ISPT portfolio. 

Rebecca Norton commenced as Retail Portfolio Manager role for PAM in Victoria. Bec brings with her more than 16 years’ experience in retail and asset management and more recently work in place-making and retail consultancy. 

Mandy Beresford has been appointed Centre Manager at Rundle Place. Mandy brings with her more than 10 years’ experience in Centre Management within shopping centres.

Grant Anderson joins the team at Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre as Assistant Operations Manager. Grant has five years’ experience in shopping centres and five years in hospitals.

Issac Randall commenced as Head of Operations at The Square Mirrabooka. Isaac brings with him more than ten years of experience in operations and facilities management, and most recently worked with Vicinity Centres at Morley Galleria.

Toria Daniel joined the team at The Square Mirrabooka as Marketing Manager. Toria brings with her  more than five years’ experience developing, driving and implement branding strategies.

Angela Seneca has been appointed the Marketing Manager at Rundle Place. Angela brings with her 15 years’ experience in B2B & B2C marketing and sales. 

Liz Curulli has been appointed Assistant Marketing Manager at Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre. Liz has extensive shopping centre marketing experience and has previously worked with Charter Hall, QIC and Scentre Group.

Kirk Rogers commenced as Portfolio Head of Operations for the Perron portfolio, which includes Belmont Forum, The Square Mirrabooka, Cockburn Gateway and Central Park. Kirk joins us from AMP Capital where he was Operations Manager for Garden City Shopping Centre. 

Ellise McCoombe joins the team at Brimbank Shopping Centre as Marketing Manager. Ellise has an extensive background in marketing having previously worked for Charter Hall in a variety of marketing roles.

Mary Axiotis has transferred internally to Eden Rise Village as Retail Manager. Having worked with JLL for more than seven years in various centre roles, Mary brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.

Prab Mahal has been appointed Operations Manager at Eden Rise Village. Prab has a strong background in operations, having most recently worked as an Assistant Operations Manager for RetPro Group.

Athens Thomaidis commenced in the role of Retail Manager for the Ranfurlie portfolio. Athens joins us from Vicinity where she spent several years in Retail and Casual Mall Leasing roles across a number of centres

Carmen Hassan has been appointed Customer Service & Administration Manager for the Ranfurlie Portfolio. Carmen has a strong background in administration, having most recently worked for more than 15 years at Vicinity Centres.

Marina Baran joins the team as Customer Service & Administration Manager for The Ranfurlie Portfolio. Marina has extensive experience in Administration having worked in various Administration roles while at Vicinity Centres.

Ray Bess joins the team on the Ranfurlie Portfolio as Operations Manager. Ray brings with him a wealth of knowledge from his previous role as Operations Manager at Vicinity Centres.

Andrew Stallan has commenced as Centre Manager at Stockland Townsville. Andrew has a strong background in property and retail centre management working recently with Dexus, Knight Frank, and has been involved with the Chamber of Commerce and Northern Queensland PCA Committee.

Julie Modena has been permanently appointed as Centre Manager at Stockland Nowra. Julie is well equipped for the role, since her promotion from Retail Manager at Stockland Shellharbour earlier this year. Julie’s progression from Marketing Manager and then Assistant Centre Manager with another landlord is testament to her commitment towards broadening her knowledge and skills to achieve her career goals.

Celia Doyle joins Scentre Group Support Office from Westfield Southland to take up the position of Brand Experience Manager in the Brand Partnerships Team. 

Skye Geddes will be joining Westfield Eastgardens as Administration Manager. 

Tilney Lewis has accepted the position of Senior Brand Experience Manager at Westfield Newmarket. Joining Westfield in 2013, Tilney held BXM positions at Westfield Marion, Westfield Tea Tree Plaza, Westfield Plenty Valley and Westfield Doncaster.

Caitlin Lye has accepted the role of Centre Manager, Westfield Newmarket. Caitlin joined the business in 2013 as Brand Experience Manager assisting the stabilisation of Westfield Carindale post development before joining the Westfield Chermside team in 2015, contributing significantly to the success of the $360m redevelopment project. In September 2018, Caitlin relocated to Auckland as Senior Brand Experience Manager, driving the vision of the successful $790m Westfield Newmarket development. 

LEASE EQUITY

James Hopkins has been appointed Associate Director assuming responsibility for the Retail Leasing Department. James has been a long-term staff member at Lease Equity commencing in 2013. 

Samantha Stewart has been appointed as Senior Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the marketing of Kingsway City and Waterford Plaza Shopping Centre.
