Scentre Group has unveiled its biggest ever Westfield promotion, offering customers the chance to win $10,000 every day, as well as more than $5 million worth of ‘Spend & Get’ prizes.
The promotion, which will be rolled out across all Westfield Living Centres in Australia, offers customers the chance to win daily cash prizes from a $1 million prize pool, followed by over 250,000 ‘Spend & Get’ instant prizes from a range of retailers including L’Occitane, Napoleon Perdis, Event Cinemas and Kidstuff.
The promotion is supported by a TVC in Westfield’s first significant media spend outside the Christmas trading period, which is a light-hearted extension of the idea that $10,000 is worth getting out of bed for.
“Our strategy is focused on our customers and creating the places more people choose to come to, more often, for longer,” said Phil McAveety, Scentre Group Chief Customer and Business Development Officer. “Our latest Westfield iQ research shows our customers are optimistic about the current environment and they’re looking to Westfield for fun, pleasurable experiences.
“We want to build on the optimism we see and offer more reasons for customers to visit us. Enhancing the customer experience by surprising and delighting on this scale creates a point of difference and more opportunities for our retail partners to connect and interact with customers.”
Customers are invited to enter the draw by downloading the Westfield Plus app and scanning their Member Card at their local Westfield Concierge desk.
The promotion will be further amplified through an integrated campaign across 37 Westfield Living Centres in Australia, including Westfield’s significant owned media network including:
- TVC across Channels 7, 9, 10 and Foxtel
- On-demand services including 7Plus, 9Now and 10Play
- Broadcast across the Westfield SmartScreen and SuperScreen network – more than 1,500 screens
- Digital buy across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and paid search
- PR and social media in addition to native content on westfield.com.au
- In-centre activations.
