Val Morgan Outdoor (VMO) have launched a small business success initiative giving Australian businesses the opportunity to win a share in $1,000,000 worth of advertising across the VMO network.

Located throughout Australia and New Zealand, VMO provides a 100% digital, full-screen, advertising solution for brands looking to connect with engaged and active consumers.

Small businesses have felt the full impact of the pandemic through forced closures and limited trading over the past 18 months. Given the role that the VMO network plays in the local community through essential environments, the aim of “Open For Business” is to provide these small businesses some assistance with getting back to their best after such a tough time.

The competition is open to any business or retailer across Australia, and businesses can enter by providing their contact details, and answering the question:
In 50 words or less “How has the pandemic affected your business and how can a share in $1,000,000 worth of VMO advertising help get it back to its best*”
Anthony Deeble, CCO of VMO & HOYTS Group, said the company was highly engaged in supporting the industry that supports VMO.

“The impact of the pandemic among small businesses is something that I am sure will be felt for a long period. We know how difficult and devastating this time has been for a lot of small Australian businesses which is why we have launched this initiative. We want to aid in getting businesses back to their best and see small businesses come out of the pandemic surviving and thriving.”

Paul Butler, Managing Director of VMO adding ‘This year has been hard for small businesses across the nation, particularly those in NSW and VIC and we’re very proud to launch this initiative Australia wide. As most of our screens are placed across local communities within shopping centres, at health clubs and petrol & convenience store locations, it makes sense for us to support these small local businesses in their recovery.”

The competition commences from 27th September 2021 and runs until 11.59pm 24th October 2021. Winning businesses will be contacted directly and announced via the dedicated VMO “Open For Business” website by 27th October 2021.
