Robina Town Centre’s Promenade has morphed into the perfect pitch for kids and the perfect plan for Gold Coast parents with the energetic team from Gecko Sports taking over the Astroturf from 1pm to 3pm every Sunday right through to March.

Gecko Sports programs have been successfully engaging kids and encouraging physical activity in a fun, non-competitive environment for more than a decade across Australia.

Structured for real results with sport-specific skills and maximum enjoyment, Robina Town Centre’s Sunday sessions include a wide variety of multi-sports, fun-fitness boot camps and themed programs to keep kids coming back for more.

“Sport is a beloved Aussie tradition, and with Christmas and back-to-school expenses out of the way, we thought some fun, free Sunday activity would be a great way to keep kids active and give families a budget boost,” said Robina Town Centre Marketing Manager Ashlee Hume.

“No bookings are required – come and join team Gecko opposite Max Brenner and TGI Fridays every Sunday,” Hume said.

As a further treat for families, Robina Town Centre’s “Sunday Foodie Offer” will keep kids full with plenty of delicious and more affordable options.

The Bavarian has declared “Kids Eat Free on Sunday” offering kids one free meal from the special kids menu with one adult main meal, while TGI Fridays have a limited-time FREE Summer Sundae with any full-price kids meal from Friday through to Sunday.
