Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City in Perth reveals its biggest Christmas offering ever. With two months of activities, the festive season kicked off on November 6 with a theatrical parade featuring a marching band, stilt walkers, Christmas characters, carolers and dancers, all welcoming Santa and revealing the extraordinary new Lakeside Joondalup Christmas activities and spirit.

Shoppers are invited to step inside the exclusive Lakeside Wonderland immersive walk-through and enjoy a giant interactive ‘Make it Snow’ globe ‘forecast’ to snow at certain times each day, festive carolers, free Christmas inspired fairy floss, a gingerbread-making station, Santa’s Post Shop, and a giant 11m-high Christmas tree.

The insta-worthy giant snow globe, pet photography with Santa, Christmas-inspired fairy floss and a visit from a very special Secret Santa are all part of the experience.

Lakeside Joondalup Centre Manager, Gemma Hannigan said: “We’re delighted to host some of Perth’s most spectacular Christmas activations and experiences for the whole family to enjoy, alongside our wide range of shopping and dining options,”

In partnership with The Autism Association of WA, the Centre will be running Sensitive Santa Photography sessions for families with Autism from the Lakeside Wonderland Santa Set. Families can also bring their pets to the Lakeside Wonderland Santa Set to have their pet photo with Santa.

The walk-through Lakeside Wonderland experience is open daily from Saturday 6 November – Friday 24 December inclusive in line with centre opening hours.
