Perron owned The Square Mirrabooka has announced the Everyday Gourmet Weekend event in the revitalised fresh food precinct where customers can learn how to master fresh food related tricks, tips and tastings ready to be transformed in to gourmet experiences at home.

From the 21 February local customers will experience a weekend of incredible local and unique fresh produce, with demonstrations and tastings.

Allana Edwards, Centre Manager said, we all shop for the everyday essentials, but our chefs and food experts will show you how to turn those ingredients into something extra – the Everyday Gourmet experience.

Edwards said “Who would have thought there was a perfect wine to pair with spiced popcorn! We’re lucky to have expert sommelier Adam Collet from School of Wine to take our customers on a tastebud journey with some amazing Western Australian wines, popcorn and spices.”
