Another great year for Little Guns. We feature 94 centres this year in comparison to 96 last year. Six centres, including the top MAT performer for the past several years running – Westfield Helensvale – are not ranked due to development activity.

With a massive increase in MAT of 12.5%, Perron Group’s Belmont Forum in Perth, managed by JLL, takes out the number 1 spot with a huge $385 million.

New entry Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre in Victoria, owned by ISPT and managed by Colliers comes in at number 2 with an MAT of $340 million.

Of the 88 centres ranked, only 14 showed a downturn in MAT with six of those less than 2%. Other great performances in the Top 10 were Dexus’ Willows Shopping Centre up 7% and GPT’s Chirnside Park up more than 8%.
