Nicole Imberger joins as Director of Experience. Nicole has extensive experience across brand, strategy, consumer experience and product innovation having held roles with Westfield USA, Coda Automotive and Kelton. Nicole was most recently GM Development Strategy and Product at Vicinity Centres.
Michael Hariz has been appointed National Manager, Commercialistion and Partnerships. Michael joins Mirvac with expertise in sales and partnerships from previous roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, Scentre Group and Wei Advertising.

Emilia Milheiras has been appointed as Payroll Services Manager within the Human Resources Team.
Adrian Davids joins the NZ Leasing And Retail Solutions team. Adrian has been appointed as Retail Delivery Coordinator for all of the operational centres within New Zealand.
Damian Szumski has been appointed as PX Operations Executive. Damian transfers from Westfield Liverpool where he was the Services Manager with a proven track record of improving the parking experience for customers and delivering superior commercial outcomes.
Nazha Simler has been promoted to Regional Manager, Retail Administration, responsible for Victoria, ACT, Westfield Bondi Junction and Westfield Sydney.
Alexandra Constantine has been appointed as Retail Administrator at Scentre Group Support Office. Alexandra comes with a wide range of commercial property experience, most recently having spent time with Ray White City Precinct as a Property Manager.
Marina Majeran joins as BX Manager at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza. Marina comes to Scentre Group with more than 20 years of industry experience.
AMP CAPITAL
Taryn Spooner commences in the newly created role of Divisional Marketing Manager for Western Australia. Taryn brings a wealth of experience with her from her most recent role with JLL and the Perron Group, where she oversaw the Perth portfolio. Previously Taryn oversaw the marketing strategies for The QVB, The Strand Arcade, The Galeries and Chifley as Group Marketing Manager for Ipoh.
Sarah Marrs joins the team at Centre City in New Zealand as Marketing Manager. Sarah was previously Brand and Communications Specialist at TSB Bank.
Laurie Slavik joins as Senior Leasing Executive at Pacific Fair. Laurie has more than five years’ experience, having previously worked for Scentre Group on Westfield Chatswood.
Jane Turnbull has accepted the role of Senior Leasing Executive at Indooroopilly. Jane joins us after two years at Scentre Group and was previously the Head of Property at Flight Centre.
Lauren Wehbe has been appointed Commercial Sales Executive. Lauren comes to us from Mirvac where she was a Casual Leasing Executive working across their NSW assets.
Michael Sorbello has joined the Commercial team as Commercial Sales Executive. Michael will be working on Royal Randwick, Northbridge Plaza, Malvern Central and Stud Park.
Nick Campbell joins as National Tenancy Delivery Manager – Developments. Nick was previously at Lendlease where he worked for the past five years in a national role, leading the retail tenancy delivery teams for Barangaroo South, Lakeside Joondalup, Sunshine Plaza and most recently Darling Square.
STOCKLAND
Gavin Boswarva has been appointed Head of Development for Commercial Property. Gavin has more than 25 years in property and extensive experience in commercial property development. For the past two years, Gavin has been in the role of Managing Director, Development and Project Management at Savill’s Property Group, and prior to that he held roles at AMP Capital, Lendlease and GPT. Gavin commenced in mid-May and the Retail and Workplace and Logistics Development teams will report into him.
Stephanie Lawler has commenced as the Marketing Manager at Stockland Point Cook. Stephanie brings with her a wealth of Shopping Centre experience having previously held Marketing Positions at Pacific Werribee and Scentre Group.
Andrew Koch has been appointed Centre Manager at Stockland Baulkham Hills. Andrew has been in this role in a secondment capacity for the past 18 months.
Deb Drummond has been appointed as a Retail Design Manager in the Stockland portfolio. Deb has been working with Stockland for more than two years in a contract capacity.
Helen Videnovic has been appointed as NSW Regional Casual Leasing Manager. Helen has been employed at Stockland since August 2018 as Casual Leasing Executive for Shellharbour and Nowra.
Harry Higgins joins the Queensland Casual Leasing team in a Project Casual Leasing role. Harry brings with him a wealth of experience in business development, sales and marketing, most recently holding the role of Mobile Lender at ANZ and prior to that as Casual Leasing Executive at JLL.
Ben Simpson-Morgan joins Stockland Wetherill Park as Retail Manager. Ben was most recently Store Manager for David Jones, Wollongong.
Andre Van Staden has commenced as the Facilities Manager for Stockland Nowra. Andre has a wealth of experience in asset facilities management.

Christopher Alt has been appointed Operations Manager for Menai Marketplace. Christopher has extensive experience in retail, commercial and residential property management having most recently worked at McGraths Property Management, and prior to that, the NSW Department of Finance and Services.
Gabriella Briganti has commenced in the role of Pop Up Executive at Macarthur Square. Gabriella was previously in the Casual Mall Leasing Team at Vicinity.
Scott Armstrong has taken on the role of Operations Manager for Settlement City in Port Macquarie. Scott has extensive experience in the shopping centre industry having most recently worked in Westfield Penrith, and prior to this Westfield Sydney and Parramatta.
Lauren Riley has commenced as Marketing Assistant at Erina Fair. Lauren is in her final year of a Bachelor of Media and has previously worked as Media Ambassador at Macquarie University, and Social Media Manager at Coastal Chic AU.

Brett Riley joins the team at World Square as Assistant Marketing Manager. Brett was most recently at Mirvac, and brings with him a collaborative approach to marketing campaigns with a flair for digital and social media strategy and implementation.
Lynne Vawser has commenced as Marketing Manager at Floreat Forum. Lynne has more than ten years’ experience in marketing and was previously a Marketing Executive at Hawaiian.
Stephen Mulligan has been appointed Centre Administrator at Belmont Forum. Stephen has extensive experience in both the Finance and Retail Property industries and joins from Scentre Group where he was an Administration Manager.
Matthew Sanderson joins the Specialty Mall Leasing team as NSW Specialty Mall Leasing Executive. Matthew has more than ten years of retail, technical, and customer service knowledge, most recently working as a Team Leader for JLL’s Australian and New Zealand Customer Service Centre.
Laura Williams joins the Perth team as Retail Property Manager. Laura has six years’ experience in the property industry and was most recently at Morton Property Group where she was a Property Asset Manager.
