Magda Zieba has been appointed to the role of Assistant Fund Manager for the AMP Capital Shopping Centre Fund. Magda was previously acting in the role of Manager, Investor Engagement and Governance.
Greg Antoniadis has been appointed to the role of General Manager, Major Projects. Greg previously held senior executive positions at Lendlease, CapitaLand and Places Victoria.
Gareth Williams has been appointed to the role of National Capital Delivery Manager, Shopping Centres and Office & Industrial. Gareth joins AMP Capital from Sydney University and previously held roles with Australand and Thinc Projects.
Scott Evans has been promoted to the role of Divisional Brand and Retail Solutions Manager. Scott was previously National Manager Retail Solutions.
Kim Hastie has been promoted to the role of Divisional Brand and Retail Solutions Manager. Kim was previously National Concessions Manager.
Lesley-Ann Horton has commenced in the role of Media Representative Executive with the Brand and Retail Solutions team. Lesley-Ann was previously Executive Assistant to both the Managing Director of AMP Capital Shopping Centres, and Head of Retail Investment Management and Strategy.
Phebe Chan has joined as National Business Development Manager. Phebe will work on Pacific Fair and Macquarie Centre in a sponsorship, partnership and experiential capacity. She has worked at Arts Fair, Single Market Events and Private Media.
Rebecca Broadfoot has been appointed to the role of Brand and Retail Solutions Coordinator. Rebecca joins AMP Capital Shopping Centres from Heinemann, in the duty free retail industry.
Alana MacDonald has been appointed to the role of National Account Coordinator, Brand and Retail Solutions, on a parental leave contract. Alana was previously Team Assistant to the Head of Asset Management and Divisional Asset Managers.
Rio Nassar has been appointed to the role of Marketing Manager, Macquarie Centre. Rio was previously the Digital Marketing Executive at Westfield Chatswood.
Fiona Murray has been permanently appointed to the role of Marketing Manager, Stud Park Shopping Centre. Fiona was previously the Marketing Manager, Galleria Melbourne, with the DEXUS Property Group.
Myf Morton has been promoted to the role of Communications, Content & Social Media Manager at Pacific Fair. Myf was previously the Assistant Marketing Manager at Pacific Fair.
Amy Lenan has been promoted to the role of Assistant Marketing Manager at Pacific Fair. Amy was previously the Marketing Assistant at Pacific Fair.
Thomas McIntyre has been appointed to the role of Concierge Services Manager, Pacific Fair. Thomas has previously held roles such as Front Office Operations Manager with Sofitel, Sheraton and other five-star hotels.
Belinda Whittaker has commenced as Receptionist and Office Administrator for Northbridge Plaza and Royal Randwick Shopping Centre. Belinda has worked in a number of real estate and corporate offices in reception and administration roles.
Dene MacLeod joins the AMPCSC Research team as Divisional Research Manager. Dene joins from Urbis and is experienced in market and demographic assessments, development scheme reviews focusing on shopping centres.
Wayne Browne has commenced as Operations Manager at Dapto Mall. Wayne joins AMPCSC from BlueScope Steel, and prior to that, held the role of Operations Manager for 21 years for Westfield at Warrawong and Figtree.
Joanna Kipreos has been appointed to the Property and Asset Management Analyst team. Joanna joins us from Aventus Property Group, where she was part of the key transaction team overseeing the IPO process and was involved in modelling their national portfolio.

Lauren Walls has been promoted to the newly created role of National CML Executive, responsible for identifying and managing new and existing National CML Accounts to drive income from key CML tenants on a national basis.
Ben Jarrett has been appointed as Regional CML Manager NSW. Ben joins us with a wealth of experience from various roles in QIC and Scentre and most recently was the Senior sales Executive Brandspace Retail at Scentre.
Peter Hugh has been appointed Project Director on Stockland Green Hills. Peter comes to us having worked for Westfield for 21 years in Australia, UK and NZ on projects as large as Westfield Stratford City.
John White has been appointed as the Regional Development Manager Queensland. John comes to us with extensive property experience having worked more recently on the $670m redevelopment of Pacific Fair.
Derek Ariss has been appointed as Centre Manager, Townsville. Derek joins us after most recently being the Head of Innovation, Lendlease Asia and has previously held roles as Head of Operations, Lendlease and previously managed Stockland Cairns.
Alyce Woodrow has been appointed as Marketing Manager at Stockland Riverton and Stockland Harrisdale. Alyce joins us from JLL where she was the WA marketing manager for Floreat Forum.
Sandy Matthews has been appointed as Centre Manager, Stockland Bathurst. Sandy has been with Stockland for almost eight years, in the role of Administration Manager at Stockland Bathurst. Sandy has developed a comprehensive understanding of all areas of Centre Management and has care-taken the Centre Manager duties a number of times over her tenure. She joined us after a career in senior administration and supervisory roles in the Security and Banking industries.
Joanne Lewis has been appointed as Marketing Manager at Stockland Gladstone. She has 25 years’ experience in media industry sales, marketing and account management across a range or roles with her most recent role being an account executive at 4CC Radio.
Rachel O’Neil has been appointed as Centre Manager at Stockland Forster. Rachel joined us in November 2015 as the Retail Manager, Stockland Shellharbour and has been operating in property management since 2011 having experienced residential management, commercial property lease administration and then retail property management from 2013.

Andrew Simpson has joined as a Leasing Executive working on Logan Hyperdome. Andrew has a sales & leasing background with Ray White Commercial and CBRE on the Gold Coast. After working in Brand IQ for 18 months he has hit the ground running working on the peripheral properties, Home Centre and Kiosk Leasing in Hyperdome.
Phoebe Kusher has joined as a Retail Design Manager, coming from a design role at Virgin, to be part of the Grand Central project team.
Tiffany Kemp commences with us as a Retail Design Manager after being part of the recent Pacific Fair project and will be responsible for the retail design across both Robina operational centre and the Central Malls project.
Ami Wang has joined as a Retail Design Manager from Selfridges in London and will be responsible for the retail design across Castle Towers operational centre.
Nicky Byrne has joined the National Brand iQ team as the National Account Manager. Nicky has most recently been working as the National Advertising Manager for Women’s Health and Fitness Magazine, she brings with her an extensive network of clients within Melbourne and abroad.

Stewart Hutcheon has been promoted to the newly created position of Executive General Manager, Retail and New Fund Development, and becomes a permanent member of the DEXUS General Management Committee.
Ben Hughes joins the team as National Marketing Manager – Retail, with over 15 years’ experience in the industry, most recently with GPT as well as Lendlease and QIC. Ben brings with him a great deal of experience in developments, digital marketing and investment performance.
Jo Gartner has been promoted to the newly created position of City Retail Marketing Manager, and will oversee the marketing strategy for DEXUS’s City Retail portfolio including the upcoming launch of Gateway Sydney, as well as Southgate Melbourne, Eagle Street Pier, QV Melbourne, and Galleria.
Jason Martin has been promoted to the position of Centre Manager at Beenleigh Marketplace, following his previous position with the Queensland Leasing team. Jason will also be responsible for the leasing of Beenleigh in addition to his Centre Management duties.
Nicholas Lonie has been promoted to the position of Centre Manager for the soon to be re-launched Gateway Sydney, a new dining precinct over three levels in Circular Quay. Nicholas was previously the Associate, Asset Services for the Commercial building at Gateway.
Seema Chandra joins DEXUS from AMP Capital Shopping Centres and has been appointed as Investment Manager, Joint Venture Assets.
John Uzelac has transferred internally to the DEXUS Retail team as an Investment Manager with a focus on the directly owned portfolio.
Gareth Yaxley is moving to the newly created position of Finance Manager, Office & Industrial following two years in Retail Finance.
Sophia Rao has been promoted to the role of Senior Finance Manager, Retail. For the past few years Sophia has been running the DEXUS Corporate & Funds Accounting team.
Dominic Thuo has joins as a Property Accountant in the Retail Finance team. Dominic joins DEXUS from AMP.
Ashwin Lata joins the Retail Finance team as a Property Accountant, having spent the past year in the DEXUS Office & Industrial team.
Tina Yin joins as a Property Accountant in the Retail Finance team. Tina joins DEXUS from Devine Real Estate.
Matthew Yang joins DEXUS responsible for managing the Development Finance function.

Annabelle Milosavljevic joins the Belconnen Team as Marketing Manager. Annabelle brings a wealth of shopping centre marketing experience and will be a fantastic addition to the team.
Jacqueline Zaiter joins the Bondi Junction team as Marketing Manager. Jacqui has been building her career with us across a number of centres including Liverpool during redevelopment, Burwood, Mt Druitt and Parramatta and in the last two years as part of the National Marketing & Digital team.
Nikita Harris has taken the role of Digital Marketing Executive, Westfield Bondi Junction. Nikita joined the Kotara team in June 2015 and has become an integral member of the team.
Jalessa Russo farewells the Bondi Junction team to take on new opportunities. She has been an integral member of the team and we wish her all the best.
Prue Chilcott takes on the role of Digital Marketing Executive, Westfield Doncaster. Prue brings a wealth of experience to the role, previously holding positions at Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival and as Deputy Editor of blog Melbourne Girl.
Jill Wynn joins the Warringah Mall team as Marketing Manager. With a wealth of experience both within Westfield/Scentre Group for close to 20 years and a number of external projects, we are very excited and fortunate for Jill to join us and support Warringah’s development.
Courtney Bradley joins the Miranda team as a Marketing Executive. Courtney was previously at Westfield Eastgardens and now returns from maternity leave.
Sarah Cattini has joined the National Marketing and Digital Team as Community Executive, after contracting in the role for two months. Sarah will be responsible for delivering the annual Tennis & Golf invitation event.
Kylie Doulman will be leaving her role as Senior Marketing Manager in the National Marketing and Digital team to explore new opportunities. Kylie has worked on some of Scentre Group’s biggest assets, from Westfield Sydney to leading the Westfield Miranda marketing team in the delivery of their $475-million redevelopment. Most recently she has made significant contrubutions as part of the National Marketing Fashion team. We wish Kylie all the best.
Danii Ashton, Senior Marketing Manager Warringah Mall is now on parental leave. We wish Danii the best of luck at this exciting time.
Elisha Mackenzie has been appointed Marketing Manager at Carindale. Elisha was previously the Senior Marketing Manager at EB Games where she was responsible for marketing, sponsorships and fundraising for Australia.
Elizabeth Lee joins the Carindale team as Marketing Executive. Elizabeth brings a wealth of experience having worked for RACQ, where she has held roles relating to product innovation, marketing, projects and acquisitions.
Lisa Van Erp has returned from parental leave as Marketing Manager at Carousel.
Ilijana Djakovic has been promoted to Digital Marketing Executive at Penrith. Ilijana has been a great asset to the Liverpool Marketing Team, always going beyond her job description and forging strong relationships with the Asset Team, retailers and suppliers.
Georgie McCourt has relocated from Casey to Southland. This move is reflective of the great work that Georgie has done in helping launch Casey’s development.
Elise Hill has been promoted to Marketing Manager at Casey Central. Elise has gained considerable experience working across several Victorian assets in a variety of roles, most recently as Digital Marketing Executive at Knox.
Jamielle Partridge has relocated to Casey Central as Marketing Executive. Jamielle has added great value to the Doncaster Marketing team across the course of her five years with the business and she will bring this valuable experience to her new opportunity at Casey.
Olinda Tam has relocated to Knox as Digital Marketing Executive. Olinda joined the Fountain Gate team in 2014 and has driven the digital marketing strategy within the centre for the past two years. Olinda’s innovative approach will be a great addition to the team at Knox.
Sheila Dam will relocate from Casey Central to Fountain Gate as Digital Marketing Executive, having completed fantastic work in launching the Casey Central Development and through its first few months of stabilisation.
Kristy Marinelli has been promoted to the role of Experiential Marketing Executive at Fountain Gate. Kristy joined Scentre Group in the role of Marketing Assistant in September 2015 with experience in both digital and event marketing and has been instrumental in both kids and fresh food activations at Fountain Gate.
Coreena Duncan, Marketing Manager at Innaloo will be leaving us on to pursue travel opportunities. Coreena initially worked across a number of our Queensland centres. She joined Westfield Innaloo in November 2015, bringing her unique brand of passion and energy energy to the WA team. The team wish her every success in the future and look forward to hearing of her achievements.
Allisha Parker, Marketing Manager at Southland, has commenced parental leave.
Jana Damnjanovic, Digital Marketing Assistant in the National Marketing and Digital team has accepted an amazing opportunity with Westfield Corp, relocating to London as Digital Product Marketing Assistant. We wish Jana all the best.

Lisa Curtin has been appointed as the Marketing Manager for Stanhope Village. Lisa has been with Mirvac for almost 10 years and has done an outstanding job in the marketing and community engagement at St Marys Village.
Kelli Shoesmith commences her role as Retail Manager at Tramsheds Harold Park, having most recently been the Marketing Manager at Stanhope Village. Kelli was instrumental in the recent redevelopment and stabilisation of Stanhope Village.
Lorena Tomasi joins as Marketing Manager at Kawana. Lorena was most recently at DEXUS where her role was Digital Marketing Manager for the DEXUS retail business and prior to that she was Marketing Manager at Capalaba Central and various Westfield Centres.
With the recent acquisition of Toombul Shopping Centre, Melanie Hodge and Chloe Nevin have been appointed to the team as Centre Manager and Marketing Manager respectively. Melanie and Chloe join Toombul following the successful completion of the Orion Springfield Central expansion.
Katie Ray is a welcome new addition to Mirvac having transitioned over as Assistant Marketing Manager at Toombul Shopping Centre, previously with Vicinity Centres.
Belinda Rees joins as Retail Manager at Toombul Shopping Centre. Belinda has held various roles at Toombul Shopping Centre over the past nine years.
Ashlee Hill joins Toombul Shopping Centre as Senior Leasing Executive. Ashlee has over 14 years’ experience as a leasing professional with Gandel, ISPT and her most recent role was as Queensland Regional Leasing Manager for Stockland.
Melissa Crittenden has been appointed as Centre Manager at Orion Springfield Central. Prior to Mirvac, Melissa has held previous roles at Grand Plaza and Toombul at Vicinity.
Jenni Wallace has been appointed as the Assistant Marketing Manager at Orion Springfield Central and will be supporting the team through the stabilisation of the centre post redevelopment.
Elizabeth Hamilton commences as Marketing Manager at Broadway Sydney and joins from Westfield Hurstville.

Sarah Condon has been appointed as Centre Manager at Eastgate Bondi Junction. Sarah joins JLL after an extensive retail career with Stockland & The GPT Group across both NSW & Victoria assets including MLC Centre and Melbourne Central.
Theo Martin recently joined the Richmond Marketplace team as the new Operations Manager. Theo has transferred internally bringing his experience in Shopping Centre operations, developments and risk and compliance.
Mitchell Whitmore has been transferred internally to the role of Operations Manager at Floreat Forum.

Greg Laarkamp joins as Operations Manager for PAM covering the Greater Sydney Hub on the Coles/IRAPT Portfolio. Prior to joining JLL Greg worked for 15 years in operational management roles in manufacturing and disaster recovery, and is enjoying the move into the retail world.
Danielle Lavers has started as Customer Services Manager at Central Plaza.
Gabriela Goldfarb joins as Marketing Coordinator at Karingal Hub Shopping Centre. Previously Gabriela worked for BRMALLS, the largest Shopping Centre Administration throughout South America (and it is partner with JLL). Gabriela brings over five years’ experience in retail, sales and marketing.
