Penelope comes to us with a wealth of experience as a Centre Manager across various centres and property companies, including Willows Townsville, Cairns Central, Caneland Central, City Centre Plaza Rockhampton and Castletown Shoppingworld.
Nathanial Barbagallo is appointed as Centre Manager at Stockland Wetherill Park. Nathanial was the Centre Manager of Rockhampton. Prior to this, Nathanial held the roles of Centre Manager at Nowra and Retail Manager at Shellharbour. This followed time as a Business Analyst in the Capital Transactions team – both in a Group capacity and in the Retirement Living business.
Jasmine Randall has been promoted to Marketing Manager at Stockland Bundaberg. Jasmine joined us soon after the acquisition, in a parental leave replacement role as Assistant Marketing Manager which she has been undertaking for the year.
Julia Davidson is appointed as Marketing Manager at Stockland Nowra. Julia has a strong marketing background, and joins us from Gloria Jeans where she held various positions including Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager – Campaigns.
Ben Jarrett appointed as Regional CML Manager, NSW. Ben joins us from Scentre Group where he has held a number of casual mall leasing positions including his most recent position, Senior Sales Executive. He also worked at QIC on the super-regional Canberra Centre.
Helena Gurba is appointed as a Brand Alliance Sales Executive based in the Sydney office. Helena will be working on BA deals across the national retail portfolio and joins us from QIC. Prior to this she worked at Mediacom and PHD media agencies.
David Mylne is appointed as Regional Leasing Manager, NSW. He worked at Stockland for five years and was previously Regional Leasing Manager for NSW – South.

Steven Ellis is promoted to Senior Leasing Manger for Bundaberg, Kawana, Gladstone and Kensington. Steven has worked at Stockland for a number of years across many centres and was most recently a Project Leasing Executive.

Michelle Clarkson will become the Senior Marketing Manager at Doncaster, transferring from her role in National Marketing. After joining the business as the Marketing Manager of Westfield Eastgardens in 2007, Michelle has subsequently held the positions of Senior Marketing Manager at Bondi Junction and Sydney, before moving into National Marketing.

Nicole Sheaffe commenced as the Centre Manager at Marsden Park. Nicole was previously with JLL where she managed a portfolio of five shopping centres spanning from Macksville NSW to Carrara QLD.
Agata Rynkiewicz has been promoted to the role of Centre Manager at Westpoint. Agata commenced at the centre as Retail Manager in 2014. Previously she worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as a Centre Manager and was promoted to the NSW retail portfolio manager overseeing a portfolio of 10 centres.
Greg Balmforth relocates from Woodgrove to Eastland as the Centre Manager. He commenced at Watergardens in 2008 and relocated to Woodgrove in 2014 to manage the stabilisation of this asset post redevelopment.
