Eastern Creek Quarter is a greenfield precinct within the Western Sydney Parklands, located approximately 35km from the Sydney CBD. Stage one is expected to open later this year, comprising about 45 shops including a full-line 3,800m2 Woolworths supermarket and BWS liquor store. A proposed indoor-outdoor gym, an alfresco dining precinct as well as a Street Food laneway will be integrated, while community gardens and public barbecues will extend the notion of what a super-neighbourhood shopping centre can be, combining recreation and retail with places to socialise.
