Lendlease has worked with Infrastructure NSW and the land owner Property NSW to transform Darling Harbour and the Haymarket precinct into a new city neighbourhood for visitors, workers and residents. The mixed-use regeneration scheme will include residential units, commercial office space, retail, community and leisure uses and student accommodation. The Exchange is a six-storey community and retail building, including a ground floor market hall and City of Sydney library. The Darling Square precinct also has two retail laneways – Steam Mill Lane and Little Hay Street.
