Imperial Shopping Centre transformation

Owners of the Imperial Shopping Centre in Gosford, Lederer Property have announced a 15 to 20 year vision for Gosford CBD that will see the shopping centre transformed as part of a $650-million masterplan.

The ‘Gosford Alive’ project will deliver a thriving new urban precinct across a 5.8-hectare site in Gosford CBD, just minutes from Gosford Train Station with the Imperial Centre as its heart.

The redevelopment and expansion of the Imperial Shopping Centre will include 8,000m2 of additional retail/commercial space and 300 additional parking spaces, plus the introduction of a residential component over the 15 to 20 year project horizon, which extends on the work Lederer has already begun at the Imperial Centre.
