Luxury giants Bally and Harrolds opened their only Australian outlet stores at Birkenhead Point in August, alongside designers Coach and Michael Kors and Australian brands Peter’s of Kensington and Zanerobe.

Mirvac Senior Development Manager, Christina Nelson commented, “With its unrivalled location on Sydney Harbour and just minutes from the CBD, the centre appeals to not only Sydneysiders and domestic visitors, but also to international tourists. This latest development responds to our customers’ wants and desires and greatly enhances the appeal of Birkenhead Point. We have improved the customer experience by delivering a sophisticated and contemporary palette of finishes in the main mall on Level 2, including new mall flooring and ceilings, bespoke furniture and shopfront upgrades, whilst embracing the heritage backdrop of this unique and much-loved building. In addition, the introduction of a new lift connection between the Lower Ground fresh food precinct and the upper carpark levels will deliver greater amenity.

“Since acquiring Birkenhead Point in 2014, Mirvac’s focus has been on curating a mix of sought-after outlet retailers from the world’s most celebrated premium brands. The newest additions to Birkenhead Point are testament to the centre’s unsurpassed position as Australia’s foremost premium outlet centre,” said Nelson.
