MAT – Number 1 in Australia:

  • Chadstone, owned by Vicinity Centres & Gandel Group. MAT – Number 1 in Australia: $2,673.80 million. Presented to Peter Huddle, CEO Vicinity Centres.

MAT /m2 – Number 1 in Australia:

  • Broadway Sydney, owned by Mirvac & Perron Group. MAT/m2 – Number 1 in Australia: $16,272. Presented to Justine Saltmarsh, Senior Centre Manager and Broadway leader

Specialty MAT /m2 – Number 1 in Australia:

  • Chadstone, owned by Vicinity Centres & Gandel Group. Specialty MAT/m2 – Number 1 in Australia: $26,859. Presented to Peter Huddle, CEO Vicinity Centres
