SCA Property Group has officially opened the final stage of the redevelopment and expansion of Kwinana Marketplace.

Sid Sharma, COO of SCA Property Group said, “We are delighted to open the final stage of Kwinana Marketplace. The centre now comprises more than 100 stores anchored by Coles, Woolworths, Big W and Dan Murphy’s. Kwinana Marketplace is the culmination of several years of development in three stages to create a convenient shopping centre that caters to all retail and service needs for its local residents.

“We believe in local centres that cater for local communities and support local jobs. The tenancy mix of Kwinana and the diverse number of retailers underlines our commitment. On behalf of the Group, I’d like to thank our retailers, local council, our contractors and the local community who have supported this development.”

Kwinana Marketplace is located in Parmelia, approximately 35km south of Perth CBD and is now valued at over $140 million.
