Mirvac revealed its exciting vision for the extensive refurbishment of Perth’s iconic office building Allendale Square, located in the heart of the CBD.

Providing approximately 1,600m2 of retail space the precinct will embrace an urban industrial feel, with exposed concrete, and an intricate ceiling feature of extruded aluminium to build a modern underground space for workers to dine and unwind.

To activate the entranceway to Allendale Square, two retail podiums will be created along St George’s Terrace to provide high-quality dining options for visitors. Access to the retail precinct will also be improved with upgraded escalators and entranceways.

Once complete, the premier retail precinct will showcase over 18 food, beverage and service businesses, including a number of new specialist artisan retailers looking to expand into the Perth market with their first store in the city, alongside several existing anchor tenants returning to the space.
The refurbishment is expected to be complete in early 2017.
