SCA Property Group announced that it has acquired Sturt Mall in the heart of Wagga Wagga in country NSW for $73.0 million, an implied passing yield of 6.3%.

The shopping centre is home to Coles, Kmart and 45 specialty shops. Providing a convenient, single-level shopping experience, Sturt Mall retail mix has some of the best national brands including Cotton On, Sportsgirl, Portmans, Dotti, Katies,  Smiggle and Rivers in its range of specialty retailers.
