Yesterday’s opening at Karrinyup marks UNIQLO’s third Perth store and their first store opening in Australia for 2020. Just over a year ago, UNIQLO opened at Scentre Group’s Westfield Carousel

The development of Karrinyup Shopping Centre being managed by AMP Capital, will see the centre almost double in size and is set for completion at the end of 2021.

AMP Capital’s Divisional Development Manager – WA, Scott Nugent said, “We are delighted to celebrate UNIQLO’s opening at Karrinyup Shopping Centre, a brand that we know our customers love. The addition of large-format international retailers such as UNIQLO to our centre will not only add to the vibrancy to the space, but will also position Karrinyup as one of Perth’s leading fashion and lifestyle destinations.”

“We know everyone is eager for UNIQLO to open their doors, and it is pleasing to see the first major new store opening after what has been an unprecedented time for the retail industry”, he said.

Shoppers are also invited to book a complimentary personal styling session in-store at UNIQLO as part of the celebrations.
