The flavour profile of the new super-neighbourhood centre at Eastern Creek Quarter (ECQ) will be unlike anything else in western Sydney, with a diverse and delicious line up of street food retailers announced by Frasers Property Australia. Vietnamese operator Pho Ever, Thai Master, Health Bar & Co., Middle East Feast, Burrito Bar, Croatian concept Marijan’s Grill and bubble tea outlet Chatime will ensure an international flavour at ECQ Social – the new restaurant and casual dining precinct coming to the local community.
With both internal and alfresco seating, ECQ Social will integrate an exciting street food concept with short-term revolving tenancies, an outdoor deck, children’s play area and large format outdoor digital screen.
The revolving tenancy concept will ensure ECQ Social remains fresh and exciting for visitors, offering different local operators the chance to showcase their flavours to the community.
Offering a ‘new day or night out’ for the Western Sydney community
The typical street food tenancy will be six months. A few street food opportunities adjacent to the alfresco entertaining deck will be available in the next rotation of short-term tenancies.
ECQ tenants will enjoy a prime position in a centre designed to the highest green standards, with stage 1 of ECQ recently awarded a 6 Star Green Star (Design & As Built) rating.

Woolworths has been secured as the anchor tenant at ECQ, with a full-line 3,800 m2 supermarket and BWS liquor store set to bring new levels of convenience to the Western Sydney community. A pharmacy, gym, childcare centre and medical centre, as part of a large health and wellbeing precinct, are also expected to be among the first tenants. Stage 1 is anticipated to open in late 2019.
ECQ will serve a large and growing catchment. It is within a 15-minute drive for 330,000 people and a 30-minute drive for 1.2 million people. The centre’s design responds to its location adjacent to Western Sydney Parklands by integrating facilities and amenities like community gardens and public BBQs that connect people with the natural bushland. It will feature 1MW of solar panels, a 200kL onsite rainwater tank, extensive landscaping and trees in the external carpark area, and bicycle parking facilities, making it a world leader in sustainability.
