Stonebridge Property Group has bolstered its retail Property Management team with the appointment of Neil Proudlove as Director. Neil brings with him more than 30 years of property experience, including 25 years in the Australian market.

Neil has widespread practical retail experience, including retail portfolio management ($800 million property portfolio), valuations, shopping centre sales transactions (both on and off-market), retail leasing and shopping centre repositioning/redevelopment strategies.

Having worked for major agencies, high net worth investors and managing his own successful retail consultancy business, Neil has both industry contacts and detailed knowledge of the retail property market.

As the head of the retail Property Management team at Stonebridge, Neil is tasked with responsibility for growing the business through securing new centre management appointments, expanding the geographical footprint and further strengthening the professional management team.

Stonebridge currently manages nine retail centres across NSW, VIC and QLD, from neighbourhood to sub-regional shopping centres, providing a professional, hands-on service, tailored to owners’ specific property needs whether it be operational, leasing, financial or strategic consultations.

Alan Baynash who, as Director has been responsible for establishing and growing the property management business to this point, will now have the opportunity to target growth in VIC, SA and TAS. Alan will be based in Melbourne.
