The Gold Coast’s leading shopping, dining and lifestyle destination, Robina Town Centre, is ramping up its family-friendly entertainment offer, recently opening its doors to a brand-new attraction on The Promenade, perfectly timed for the April school holidays.
Timezone, comprising a new-look Zone Bowling alley and Laser Tag arena, opened to locals at Robina Town Centre last week as part of a massive, all-encompassing entertainment venue that is set to delight both families and the young-at-heart alike.
All conveniently located under the one roof as a dual-branded Timezone and Zone Bowling complex – the first of its kind on the Gold Coast –locals will be spoiled for choice when it comes to keeping the kids entertained during the school holiday break.
Timezone houses the latest and greatest in arcade games, including state-of-the-art virtual reality experiences that transport users to an alternate world, plus old-time classics like Mario Kart, Hyper Shoot Basketball and Bean Bag Toss. Plus, visitors will have the opportunity to choose from thousands of prizes at the impressive Winner’s Vault.
Zone Bowling is back and better than ever, showcasing a modern new fit out, as well as a restaurant and bar serving up a mouth-watering selection of beverages and family-friendly bites.
For thrill-seekers looking for an adrenaline rush, there’s an immersive Laser Tag arena, delivering an interactive ‘Futuristic/Apocalyptic Robot’ experience that will get the heart pumping at every turn.
Robina Town Centre General Manager Kathleen Hart commented: “We are delighted to welcome this iconic brand into our fold and deliver another exciting entertainment experience for our community.
“Robina Town Centre is already renowned as a popular family entertainment destination favoured by locals, and we’re expecting the launch of Timezone and unveiling of the new-look Zone Bowling to prove extremely popular with our customer base – especially during the school holidays,” she said.
