Luxury fashion house Saint Laurent opened the doors to its first Queensland boutique at Brisbane’s home of luxury shopping, QueensPlaza on the 28 March. The opening of Saint Laurent’s sixth Australian store is the latest instalment as part of owner Vicinity Centres continued investment in QueensPlaza.
Adding to QueensPlaza’s undeniably luxurious experience in the heart of Brisbane, the Parisian brand’s new boutique has a striking architectural design featuring three types of marble and beautiful refined detailing accented with anodised gold, mirrored stainless steel and leather joinery.
Centre Manager, Pamela Wakeford said, “The arrival of Saint Laurent, another first to Brisbane, further cements QueensPlaza’s position as the city’s leading luxury retail and lifestyle destination.”
“QueensPlaza now offer customers and visitors from here and abroad nine luxury brands from around the world including Chanel, Burberry, Tiffany and Co. along with a plethora of iconic Australian designers such as Zimmermann, Scanlan Theodore and Camilla,” Wakeford added.
In late 2018, Dior joined QueensPlaza just in time for the holiday season, while Italian fashion house Fendi is poised to unveil its new boutique mid-year and Stanton café and bar will also open in the coming months, providing customers with a new signature dining and bar experience including an outdoor terrace overlooking the Queen Street Mall.
Providing a highly personalised service, QueensPlaza offers visitors a stylist experience through renowned fashion stylist Sarah Elizabeth Turner, free parcel delivery to Brisbane hotels and a gift registry.
QueensPlaza houses David Jones’s flagship Queensland store and the centre takes Brisbane’s high ground when it comes to the luxury market. In SCN’s 2018 CBD Guns report, QueensPlaza recorded a Specialty MAT of $21,152 per square metre, ranking it as the number 1 CBD Gun in Queensland and number 3 in Australia.
