Six world-class and popular iconic brands have come together to debut Adelaide’s first super-sized premium outlet store at Harbour Town, the state’s only premium outlet shopping destination.

Creating 50 local jobs, leading premium brands Lacoste, The North Face, Nautica, Gap, Ben Sherman, and Ellesse make up the super-sized premium outlet model, offering in-demand premium items.

Harbour Town Premium Outlets Adelaide Regional Marketing Manager, Tanya Demaria, says it’s incredibly exciting to welcome more leading premium brands that South Australians want and be the first locally to introduce the super-sized concept, where all six brands are available in the one outlet store.

“Harbour Town’s premium brand focus is the key factor to our retail success and reflects the centre’s major point of difference in the local South Australian market,” Demaria says.

“As the cost-of-living bites, more and more shoppers are tapping into the fact that premium outlet shopping can provide them with significant savings of up to 70% off recommended retail prices all year round.

“We are shopping smarter and shifting away from accepting that you have to pay full price for items. Premium brands are designing specifically for outlets which includes crafting quality items from 100% silk, wool, linen, cotton, cashmere and leather.”

Harbour Town’s increasing popularity among premium retailers continues to go from strength to strength, with its prominent location next to Adelaide Airport, particularly appealing to high-profile iconic brands keen to attract South Australian shoppers.

“This is reflective of our ongoing low vacancy rate, which is currently at zero per cent of lettable space available at the centre. We even have a waiting list of other premium national and international brands who are knocking on our door and very keen to join us,” Demaria says.

True Alliance Brand Outlet Retail Operations Manager, Anna Bretterecker, says Harbour Town’s superior location and premium brand focus was a major attraction to bringing six high-profile global brands to the South Australian market and making them available at the one outlet store.

“We are all incredibly budget conscious, particularly at the moment, and outlet shopping is really hitting the mark, making premium wardrobe items more affordable,” said Bretterecker.

With more than 120 outlet stores and a recent $5.4 million upgrade, Harbour Town houses leading premium brands which offer significant cost savings. The outdoor centre’s premium labels include new brands Lacoste, North Face, Nautica, Gap, Ben Sherman and Ellesse, joining Nike Unite, The Cosmetics Company Store, OshKosh, Kate Spade, Coach, Guess, Boss, TK Maxx, Under Armour, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Polo Ralph Lauren, adidas, Peter Alexander, Witchery, Review, RM Williams, Mimco, Nine West, Seed and Lorna Jane.
