On the first and third Thursday throughout June and July, The Distillery Road Market (DRM) precinct comes alive with a sensory experience, showcasing live music, a curation of local produce, and delicious dining options with DRM’s Bazaar Markets.
DRM’s Bazaar Markets has seen people from near and far travel to Australia’s newest lifestyle destination to feast on fresh produce from local growers, meats, preserves, bulk foods, arts and crafts creations, artisan wares, flowers, plants and more.
With numerous local artisan makers trading inside DRM’s Market Hall space each event, marketgoers can shop a range of handmade, ethical and sustainable wares.
Also the home of Zarraffa’s Coffee, guests at DRM can enjoy warm brews and contemporary eats from its factory concept café kitchen and bar, Kiwanda Café.
DRM’s onsite food outlets also include smoked meats from Sugar Creek Smokehouse and authentic Mexican from Posadas Cantina.
Over winter, Kiwanda’s kitchen and bar is open through until 8pm on market events and nestled inside the precinct, where guests can take a seat and warm up in front of the live fireplace.
Upcoming market dates are June 16th, July 7th and 21st, as well as a special ‘Christmas in July’ edition of BrisStyle’s Pop-Up Market coupled with DRM’s Trucks & Tunes event on Saturday, July 30th featuring local musicians, Dogs Band.
Located off Exit 35 of the M1 Motorway with more than 600 car parks at the precinct, DRM is located advantageously along the Gold Coast and Brisbane growth corridor in the rapidly growing Logan City, making the markets both visible and easily assessable from the M1 Motorway.
With free entry, parking and entertainment, DRM’s Bazaar Markets has been created to celebrate and showcase the best of SEQ’s marketeers and food vendors.
