Brisbane’s Wintergarden owned by ISPT, will be home to the ultimate in timeless fashion with the opening of Queensland’s first COS store. As part of the H&M Group, COS (Collection of Style) is a leader in international fashion and will be opening their Queensland flagship store on 16 November 2018, making this their seventh store in Australia.

The new COS flagship at Wintergarden will be one of their largest in Australia, spanning over two levels, and opening directly onto Edward Street and into Wintergarden’s ground floor mall.

ISPT commenced construction works earlier this year to create a flagship retail tenancy at Wintergarden’s Edward Street entrance. The decision to create this space is part of ISPT’s ongoing commitment to bringing new and international retailers to Brisbane.

COS offers reinvented classics and wardrobe essentials for women, men and children. Pieces made to be worn beyond the season, the collections merge lasting quality with timeless design; clean silhouettes, innovative techniques and functional details inspired by art, design and architecture.

ISPT’s Leah Mienert said “ISPT is honoured that COS selected Wintergarden for their flagship store and first Queensland location. The opening of COS in-centre further complements the unique flagship retail at Wintergarden, both internally and on Queen Street Mall as well as retailers on Edward Street.”

The announcement that COS will open in a new flagship store in Wintergarden, follows on from the opening of the world’s largest Mecca Maxima, new Nespresso flagship, and new retail fit-outs for Cue, R.M. Williams, Veronika Maine, Seed and Sheike at Wintergarden in the past 12 months.
