Located on Sydney Road in Kelso, Bathurst Supa Centre is the region’s largest large format retail complex, anchored by major retailers including Fantastic Furniture, BCF and Petbarn. Perth-based syndicator Properties & Pathways has appointed CBRE to sell the Bathurst Supa Centre in New South Wales.
The 7,480m2 complex, which occupies an 18,000m2 site fronting Great Western Highway, includes parking for 170 vehicles and rear loading capabilities. CBRE’s Nick Willis and Loughlin Bataille have been appointed to market the property for sale via an Expressions of Interest campaign.
“We are continuing to experience strong demand for well leased and secure retail investments, in particular those opportunities that provide value add and growth potential,” Bataille said.
“Bathurst Supa Centre has undergone recent refurbishments that have strengthened the centre’s investment appeal, with it offering a WALE of five years. Noting the long-term security, growth and attractive price point, we anticipate strong interest in the asset from private investors and syndicators.”
Perth-based property syndicator Properties and Pathways purchased the Bathurst Supa Centre for $14.67 million in 2017 from wealth management firm Crowe Horwath. It sold on a yield of 7.4%.
