Australia Fair’s $25-million revitalisation is on track for completion later this year as construction progresses inside and out of the Southport shopping centre.
Work is well underway to replace and modernise the centre’s Scarborough Street facade as milestones are reached on the refurbishment of the ground-floor mall and expansion of Coles.
The exterior facelift is creating a contemporary facade for the retail, dining and entertainment complex, with the new structure to feature lighting and fresh signage.
Owner YFG Shopping Centre’s ongoing program of rejuvenation at Australia Fair follows the $15 million makeover of the centre’s western section into Australia Fair Metro – a dynamic alfresco dining and retail precinct.
