Scentre Group has announced that Andrew Clarke will become the Group’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective 1 October 2022. The announcement follows the appointment of Elliott Rusanow as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 October 2022.
Andrew Clarke has more than 20 years’ experience, including working across finance, real estate and capital markets in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and New Zealand. During a 17-year period at Westfield Group and Scentre Group, he has held a number of senior corporate roles. As the Group’s Director of Finance and Capital Markets, Clarke is currently responsible for the Group’s finance, group planning, treasury, investor relations, corporate development and capital transactions, commercial retail management, energy and renewables functions.
CEO-Elect Elliott Rusanow said “Andrew has extensive finance experience together with a deep understanding of Scentre Group’s business that has been built over a 17-year career with Scentre Group and Westfield Group.
