Hawaiian and QIC as joint venture partners have received conditional approval of its Development Application for the redevelopment of the Claremont Quarter Town Square and Laneway in Perth, WA.
The Claremont Quarter Town Square and Laneway project is closely aligned with the Town of Claremont’s broader vision for the Town Centre and will strengthen Claremont’s position as a destination for shopping, restaurants, bars, nightlife attractions and community events.
“We are thrilled to be taking this next step with the Claremont Quarter Town Square and Laneway project and look forward to working closely with the Town of Claremont to deliver on our shared vision for the Claremont Town Centre,” said Richard Kilbane, Chief Operating Officer at Hawaiian.
“The project will create more welcoming and dynamic spaces within the Claremont Quarter Laneway and Town Square, providing opportunity for a greater level of community activation, including food and wine, fashion, wellness and family friendly events, further enriching the Claremont experience.” Kilbane said.
The existing Laneway and Town Square at Claremont Quarter will be transformed into vibrant spaces with unique identities, integrating modern design elements with Claremont’s historical architecture, enhancing their connection with the surrounding streets.
These reimagined and multifunctional spaces will provide visitors with an elevated food and beverage offering, complementing the existing hospitality mix, while providing improved protection from the elements, comfortable seating and upgraded amenities.
Hawaiian and QIC are looking forward to keeping its residents, and retailers, and the Claremont community informed as this project progresses.
