South Australia’s only outlet shopping centre has been chosen as the major retail destination to unveil the state’s first Nike Unite and The Cosmetic Company Store.

Harbour Town Premium Outlets Adelaide (HTPOA) has welcomed Nike Unite, which looks to help people connect more closely with sport by delivering new in-and-out-of-store experiences. The relatively new retail concept is aspiring to celebrate the local community and keep families active by providing great value, footwear, apparel, and accessories.

Global leader in prestige beauty, The Estée Lauder Companies has also opened The Cosmetics Company Store at the Centre. Regarded as “Beauty’s Best Kept Secret,” the store is showcasing its award-winning premium skincare, makeup and fragrance products from a collection of prestigious brands including Estée Lauder, Clinique, MAC, Tom Ford, Bobbi Brown, Jo Malone London, Lab Series and Aramis.

Harbour Town Premium Outlets Adelaide Regional Marketing Manager, Tanya Demaria, says the Centre has been working really hard to deliver more premium global brands, with Nike Unite and The Cosmetics Company Store being highly desirable among their local customer base.

“It’s an incredibly exciting time for Harbour Town, with the new stores joining the Centre ahead of Christmas. There is something for everyone at Nike Unite and The Cosmetics Company Store, which offer popular year-round items and top picks for the best Christmas gifts,” Demaria says.

“We are very excited and pleased to be able to now offer this new retail experience to our customers as the demand is certainly there.”

South Australia is set to record the biggest growth in pre-Christmas sales of the states and territories compared to last year, up 6.6% according to the latest Australian Retailers’ Association and Roy Morgan research.

“Shoppers are certainly becoming more value conscious and have discovered they don’t have to pay full price on their favourite brands. Our premium outlet retailers offer up to 70% off, design exclusive items for their outlet stores and even stock latest items that are being sold at full price elsewhere.”

Harbour Town Premium Outlets Adelaide is an outdoor Centre with more than 120 outlet stores including new premium brands The Cosmetics Company Store and Nike Unite, along with OshKosh, Kate Spade, Coach, Guess, Boss, TK Maxx, Under Armour, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Polo Ralph Lauren, adidas, Peter Alexander, Witchery, Review, RM Williams, Mimco, Nine West, Seed and Lorna Jane.
