Glenquarie Town Centre, located in the heartlands of south-west Sydney is home to the newest and largest mass COVID-19 vaccination hub – the South Western Sydney Vaccination Centre. The state-of-the-art vaccination facility opened for online bookings this week.
Operating 6 days a week, 8am – 7pm daily, the South Western Sydney Vaccination Centre will help more New South Wales residents get vaccinated with a daily vaccination capacity of up to 5,000 vaccinations per day and up to 20,000 vaccinations per week.
South Western Sydney Local Health District Chief Executive, Amanda Larkin said the new centre would play a vital role in the national vaccine roll out and further assist to protect the community from COVID-19.
“This new centre will provide another opportunity for many more community members from across South Western Sydney to receive their vaccinations close to home and help protect themselves, their loved ones and the community from COVID-19” said Larkin.
Positioned within a 3,149m2 site at Glenquarie Town Centre and serviced by food court retailers, ample on-grade parking and dual access, the opening of the vaccination hub at Glenquarie Town Centre has made it easier for local residents to get vaccinated.
Glenquarie Town Centre welcomes the addition of the South Western Sydney Vaccination Centre in complimenting the existing medical centres, diagnostic imaging clinic, dental and optometry retail offerings.

A hub for the local community, Glenquarie Town Centre is situated on a total of 19,426m2 on the high-exposure site at the corner of Victoria Road & Brooks Street, Macquarie Fields.
Last week, Vicinity’s Bayside Shopping Centre in Melbourne’s south east welcomed a new COVID-19 vaccination hub, the first of its kind in Victoria. Administered by Peninsula Health, the hub is expected to deliver up to 1,200 vaccinations per day.
