Erina Fair is set to welcome a number of exciting new retailers to the shopping centre, including several national and international brands, many of which are making their official debut on the Central Coast.
The new stores will include H&M, rebel, City Beach, EMF Fitness Centre, JD Sports, Glue Store, Kidstuff, Peter Jackson and Dangerfield. The first four retailers will be backfilling the former Target space, with rebel and City Beach relocating from within the centre.
The rebel store will be moving locations from the Kmart end of the centre to near Australia Post and will be introducing the first of their new rebel Customer Experience (rCX) to the Central Coast. The store will be larger in format, with a fresh and open layout that encourages customers to test products and equipment in dedicated sports hubs before they buy, like in the Home of Football interactive zone.
Gary Williams, Managing Director at rebel, said: “We are excited to launch our twelfth rCX concept store at Erina Fair opening later this year, and have been thrilled with the success of the rebel rCX concept in helping to inspire Australians to chase their sporting passion.
“This launch underlines the success of the innovative, interactive retail model that enhances the in-store experience for customers and better showcases the world’s leading sports brands.”
H&M and City Beach will also backfill the former Target space, with City Beach relocating from near the Atrium Food Court in favour of a larger space to offer customers a wider variety of products.
Another first for the Central Coast is a JD Sports, located near the Atrium Food Court in the centre.
A spokesperson at JD Sports said: “We’re extremely excited to open what will be our first JD Sports store on the Central Coast. We’ve had regular feedback from our Central Coast-based customers over the past few years that have shopped with us online and we look forward to finally being able to deliver an in-store experience to them. In traditional JD style, we’ll look to celebrate the grand opening with a strong product assortment that will reward our most loyal and dedicated shoppers.”
Glue Store will open next to the new JD Sports and will be another first to the region.
Darren Todd, Group GM at Glue Store, said: “The opening of our new Glue Store will finally give our customers an in-store experience that they used to have to travel for. It is the perfect location for Glue Store to represent the best local and international brands for our Central Coast shoppers.”
EMF Fitness Centre will open its first 24/7 high-performance gym on the Central Coast, which will offer brand new, state-of-the-art facilities, including a full range of pin and plate-loaded strength equipment and an infrared sauna, as well as group fitness classes.
Kidstuff is due to open in the kid’s precinct of the centre this month, in addition to Peter Jackson and Dangerfield opening in the Fashion Mall later this year.
Stephen Ross, Centre Manager at Erina Fair, said: “Our team has listened to what the local community wants to see at the centre, and we’ve responded with a great mix of national brands, expanded product offerings, services, new concept stores, and a line-up of strong newcomers to the Central Coast.
“We look forward to welcoming these new retailers to our exciting retail mix and further establish Erina Fair as a great destination centre.”
All retailers are expected to open before Christmas 2022, with EMF Fitness Centre to open early 2023.
